About a coupla weeks ago, my computer monitor started to make all these sparking noises unexpectedly along with a black screen for a few seconds. Until now, I've been trying to let the monitor rest for a couple of minutes, but still does it. It's been happening more frequently, and I am afraid that the monitor might blow up in my face ... Anyone know what's causing this? Oh yeah, I use a NEC AccuSync 70 monitor. |

Sounds like something shorted or fried. I highly suggest you get a new one, as there isn't a half-bad chance it will blow up in your face. | |||

The monitor finally died out on me... I guess I'll buy a new one. Thanks anyway. |
