Basically what I do already is if the person fails to show up, then their turn is skipped, and they cant be affected in any way. Like a time warp, except its not . Because its kinda bad to kill someone if they arent even here . If I had them resting every turn, theres still the offchance that they will be killed... and thats not fair.
