| I spoke to Toxic yesterday and we agreed that the votes of anyone permabanned at the time of counting (on Sunday, since voting ends on the 15th, which is Saturday) will have their ballot declared null and void. The actual VOTES for the person will be counted as normal, however. So, you can vote for Leg, but the votes he cast (his ballot) will not be counted, and the same goes for anyone else getting themselves permabanned before Sunday, which I hope won't be too many.  |
