| Zap: Either that or I've been unexpectedly busy. Zap stepped through the meeting room door, a tad out of breath. He jogged up to the podium, pulled out of few scratch notes from his hoodie's pocket, then began the announcement everybody has been waiting for. Zap: Goodness, am I sorry. I've been quite busy recently with testing and the like, but even when I found the time, this tournament just left my mind, especially since I only needed to judge one battle. And this one battle was a doozy. It was quite long, and tedious to read, but good noneoftheless. I'm not going to keep you all from knowing what decision I made since the element of awe and impatience has been long lost, but I won't give it without clear explanation afterward. The winner, in my book, is Grey. Now, I don't have much time because I have to go somewhere. The fight was well played out, and both fighters fought extremely well. The control level was evenly shared throughout, and when in control or out of it, the fighters were able to handle themselves. However, it seemed to me that Grey and his characters were much more resourceful in both the defensive and offensive with what they had to play with, while Jarukoth seemed to rely too much on his clones and summons. Now, summons aren't that bad in general, but this battle was itching with them. Eventually, I got extremely bored with seeing more clones pop up to help even the odds in Jarukoth's favor. And a final note before I rush out of here that has to do with all fighters. When fighting, remember to take into account two very important factors ... timing and "cause and effect." *looks down at his watch* Aww scraps, no time to get into that now. I have to scoot. If you want me to, I'll elaborate on those two theories and their importance later. Anyway, ciao. Congratulations fighters. | "OW!" Kirby slammed his head on the ceiling. He was kinda amazed to get a pairing like this, but a bit troubled at the fact that he still hasn't changed back. Kirby: ...I've got speed like this.. but this is a whole 'nother kind... The potion had better kick in quickly..... Kirby lowered his neck as he slowly walked to the door. His wings were getting a bit cramped up in the tiny room, so he needed to get some air anyways. Kirby: It's a shame I don't bring my own NPCs to these kind of things. -------------------------------- Chuchu: You think Kirb knows that we're sitting in the audience? Rick: Na. | A shadow of a person appears on the floor, nothing really anywhere to make a shadow. The shadow starts to talk suddenly and without explanation. I still hate you Teddylot, but I've made my decision. Now, before I get to my decision, I want to torment you both. Both of you were excellent, great, superb, damn awesome, 1337, uber, what-have-you. Anyways, I found no real fights in the battle besides from it being a little to chaotic. Normally I love chaos, but in this case, it seemed to be a little to much. I don't think Teddylot, Schwa, or me has a real reason to try and judge this fight, and if they didn't have to make a decision, I'm sure they'd just sit there and go "wow". (At least I did.) So, in this painfully good fight, all I can say, is that Grey wins. I looked at quite a few things, and then noticed one little detail. Grey has like... a little more style and originality. I think Jarukoth is still original, but Grey just outmatches him here, as he does to basically everyone. So, good luck with the tournament you two, I'm sure we'll see another battle soon... Laughs while disappearing into a puff of smoke. Oh yeah, this is my form in this universe, a shadow, binded to the floor. |

| Today is saturday, and yeah, its the new monday for me since in regards to my school schedule. Sunday is tuesday, second day of a five day week, monday is wednesday, tuesday is thursday, and wendesday (my last day of school) is friday. Actually, I just had time, so I decided to do it when I had time A shadow appeared near William. Shadow: "I'm sorry, this tournament will only go on for 3 more rounds if all things work out correctly. I can't accept new entries and I won't be arranging another tournament without judges I can count on. So, if someone wants to arrange another tournament, thats great for them, but I REALLY don't plan to." The shadow faded away. |
