He taught me how to deal with the kind of emotional, mental pain that I must face along the way. Of how to keep the ongoing agony reeling within the Energy Shrine at bay. As long as I have a piece of him inside of me, I should survive it. The enounters with Meteo Prime and company, however, will be a little tougher, as not even Gradius can assure the safety of anyone who encounters him. The Prophecy states that either me or Ex will live to become NeoBowser's assassins, meaning that, if the Prophecy is true, that I should survive this journey... and one can only hope it is so. Blakes..." Seph walked towards the door, then turned back to face Admiral Blakes... Alien Seph: "To the point of no return... I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Whether I make it back safely or not, promise me one thing: that you'll stop Black Baron from terrorizing me and my people... my planet... my life... my family... my legacy. I am half of what makes ZeroNumberX so powerful... stronger than even I could ever hope to become. Without me, he will become useless for battle... which is why I will do all that is within my power to survive this adventure, as it is apparent that our hopes of defeating NeoBowser and his clan rely on me and my survival. Now, if you'll excuse me, I must go." Seph then made way for his next journey. He focused his mind, and then teleported. When he reappared, he saw himself standing before the cave enterance.... |

| Seph was inside of the Prison Dimension. Thanks to Ex's work, Seph was able to bypass the Energy Shrine's shield and teleport just in front of the entrance, unstead of in front of the Tornado Labyrinth, the vast complex maze that protected the Shrine... The Shrine was seemingly extremely small. It was a small blue cube made of some unknow material, floating above the endless vortex that is the Tornado Labyrinth. The Shrine's gate opened itself... As it opened, the sound of the wind changed... someone was calling Seph inside of the Shrine... Suddenly, something was teleported in front of Seph! It was a protective armor... just next to it was a small piece of paper on which was written: "The Phase Mana that the Meteo Prime constantly produce is a deadly poison that no one can survive to. Never EVER touch it. You will know it when you'll see some of it... this suit will allow you to survive the radiations... but there is no protection against direct contact with Phase Mana. Good luck. From Ex" |

| Seph, while paying awful close attenion to the stones, continued to pass right through them whenever they reappared in front of him, allowing him to walk further down the path. Alien Seph: "*thinks* If I can't get across this way, then I don't know how I can!" (Meanwhile, back at Xavior....) Sarge (while driving the UAV): "We are getting awfully close to BBK's holdout. It is in the largest tower up ahead of us, not far from NARC headquarters." Headhunter: "I can take him!" Sarge: "NO! You're not taking anybody this mission! We need you to infiltrate the laboratory, and take back what's rightfully ours. ZeroNumberX, you'll watch his back for anything that might come as a "disturbance" to this entire operation. Ex Lightheart will get the honors of taking him as she is believed to be our best fighter in the club. Me and my crew, we're going camuflauge so the snipers can't see us from up ahead, and then launch a surprise attack on BBK's henchmen. We will follow Ex's lead on the count of '3' wearing these special bullet proof vests, as this criminal, in his own hands, holds the planet's most lethal artilery to date. Going in to face this menace unprotected is anything but safe. And this building we're going to infiltrate has tight security on every floor, so eyes open out there. We mustn't come in through the main enterance, as undetected infiltration is our #1 priority for this mission. We sneak in through the ventilation systems leading to the staircase on the E Hall, while our UCs will bust in through the elevator. Headhunter and Zero will guide us in this mission, making sure the cost is clear before calling us in. Just remember one thing: triggering the alarms is an irrelevant part of the mission. As long as they don't see you, we are all safe. What this mission does require, however, is being able to see past certain stuff to sense trouble where it's headed, meaning that I shall provide you with a handful of gadgets for this mission. The way this building is protected, stealth is safe, safe is death. That's the most important motto to remember for this mission. Got it? Alright, now, let's roll!" The Sarge then pressed the button on the UAV's dashboard labeled "Camuflauge Mode", and then drove at full speed towards the engaging middle tower, the tallest one of the bunch. (random sniper): "I see them! I've got them in my... what the hell?!?!" (other sniper): " 'What the hell' what? " (random sniper): "I saw them on my radar, then all of a sudden, they just disappeared." (other sniper): "Don't worry... just raise the threat level to Code Yellow: Unidentified Tresspassers." (random sniper): "Will do!" The main sniper then left the building rooftop to the Control Room on the same floor, then started screaming alerts into the mic like a coachman. | Suddenly, a gigantic hammer appeared in one of the statues' hands! The statue aimed and tried to crush Seph! On the statue, this message appeared: "Nobody can ignore justice and get away with it." During this time... The sniper was interrupted by a tall, strong-looking demon that was obviously a high-ranked UEN agent. ???: "Do not worry, human. I am Kregan, an agent sent by the Absolute Evil himself. The Hunters know perfectly what your location is. They must have sent their little "Legion of Doom" to eliminate you. Not to worry, our lord and master has a special defensive plan for them. Now... listen carefully..." Kregan whispered something to the sniper... Kregan: "Is it clear?" (sniper): "Yes. With a strategy like this one... even with their X-virus, they won't be able to take control of the building!" Kregan: "I'll take command of the reinforcements sent by the headquarters. You, you tell all other soldiers in the base about the plan." (sniper): "Yes sir!" Kregan: "Now... MOVE OUT!" Kregan teleported away. The sniper began to ran around, telling everybody about the plan... |

| However, due to his dematerialized skin, it wouldn't have hurt Seph even if it have hit. Although, he still appears to be rather confused about the meanings behind these states. Alien Seph *whispers* "I... still don't get it... what all of this means. I don't see how you can use 'Meteo Prime' and 'justice' in the same sentence... Meteo Prime is a villian." At this time... As many camuflauged cars were entering the building parking lot, the main bogey stopped while the others drove slowly around the side of the building to avoid being heard. (Sarge): "I'm gonna be taking us on quite a ride here, so listen up guys. There's a whole terrorist unit guarding the main enterance, so, on the count of '3', I'm gonna crash this UAV right into the building. As soon as the UCs hear the racket noise, and given the signal, they'll go in through the elevation system, and rig every floor with explosives. Now..." The Sarge started to shift the transmition into "Drive" mode (Sarge): "One..." The Sarge then began to put his foot near the gas pedal, ready to press really hard against it. (Sarge): "Two..." The Sarge then focused towards the information desk inside the lobby, pinpointing his destination... (Sarge): "Three!" Then, without anyone being able to see it, the car started gunning right into the building, eventually taking down the sign above the stairs and entreance, then breaking in past the doors and driving straight into the main desk, running over the clerk full throttle with the invisi-vehicle, pinning him against the blood-soaked wall. The only obvious "signs" of their presence were the sounds of the breaking glass shattering off the doors. Then, as soon as more troops were to begin investigating, they would find nothing there despite the destruction that occured. (Sarge): "Alright... Headhunter, Zero, now's your chance. Bust in through the elevators now. You know what to do from there." Headhunter: "Aye, aye, Captain!" They then pulled out a grappling hook, pointed it and shot it right at the hood of the elevator. Then, they peaked right below at the glass and shot it with his gun, breaking into the insides of the elevator. (Sarge): "Now, see that opening up there? Go to floor "C4", then break in and go up it now." Headhunter then pressed "C4" button, and waited until they stopped. Meanwhile... (random guard on this floor): "What the hell?" He came to investigate the elevator... only to find noone inside of it. (random guard): "Guess noone's here..." ...Or so he thought! Until, suddenly, a gun poked out through the opening, and shot him point blank in the chest without revealing a single shed of skin. As soon as the guard fell over dead, the elevator doors closed and anyone watching found nothing but a dead guy randomly lying around. |

| Off: For storyline reasons, most of the Energy Shrine dungeon will be skipped. ____________________________________________________________________ Suddenly, dense fog surrounded Seph and then, a few seconds later, he was somewhere else. He was in the depths of the Shrine. The room was incredibly large and the room was shrouded in a thick fog of dark energy. The entire room was made of an unknow type of white/blue stone. On the walls, paintings telling the tale of the Universe itself. At the end of the room, the source of the dark fog, a pedestal with a sword made of flesh stuck in it. Seph recognised the sword instantly... it was the Dark Weapon. But how? Ex was carrying the real one, isn't it? ...or is it? The Dark Sword's eyes were empty and soul-less... as if the Dark Weapon was in some kind of trance. On the wall behind it, a giant painting showing the figures of the Dark Kings and their master, the Absolute Evil, being struck by lightning shot from a humanoid pichu wielding the Dark Weapon. A black mechanical spider was just in front of the pedestal... Meteo Prime: "I have been waiting for you... Seph..." ... During this time ... However, as the Legion of Doom made their way trought the building, they ran into very little resistance... it was almost too easy... During this time... Kregan: "So Black Baron... what do you think of the plan? Fooling the enemy into thinking you're still in the building while, in fact, you're there with me, on a Demon-class battlecruiser, heading toward the Prison Dimension, out of reach of these losers! Clever, isn't it? Soon enough, as soon as your remaining agents have either evacuated or been terminated, we'll detonate the nuclear devices deep within your former headquarters, destroying not only a good deal of the Legion of Doom's forces, but also ZeroNumberX, Havok, and that stupid electric rat, Ex!" |

| Alien Seph looked at the Meteo Prime suspiciously. Alien Seph: "I know you... you are the Meteo Prime... the guardian lurker of the Shrine, who is always awake killing and feasting on corpses. Well, you want MY flesh?!?! ...Well, you'll have to work for it!" Alien Seph then unsheated his Immortal Staff, and pointed it at the Meteo Prime should it make any sudden, random attack. (Meanwhile....) Headhunter and Zero then went on top of the elevator next to the extention cable, planted a grappling hook, held on and then cut the wire, separating the elevator from the rest of the rope. Within seconds, a large explosion could be seen in the lobby and a very loud noise was heard on the scene. (random guard): "What the hell? It's the intruders! They've hijacked the elevators! I want security on all floors. NOW!" Suddenly, ZeroNumberX heard a transmition! While noone else heard or could have heard it, ZeroNumberX was able to listen in on everything Kregan had to say using his "computeristic" powers (his mind works like a virtual computer, don't forget; all he has to do is open up the identified user's file inside his CPU [what would be his brain] and it gives off ALL information about that user [activities, conversations, thoughts, anything] and can use it to "detect" that user any way he wishes). ZeroNumberX: *sneers while whispers* "Not smart... just not smart at all. Not only are they leaving what we are trying to take back from them up for grabs inside the lab with noone strong to protect it, but now we know what they are up to. They are problably spying on us as we speak, so we must stay as distant from the actual bombs as possible. I know another way to defuse them, and then we'll grab the weapons and roll out. BBK problably has the actual copies with him right now on his battlecruiser, but I know for fact that he keeps exact replicas of all of them in a glass safe somewhere in this building... and I know how to breach it. Now, let's roll." Headhunter then climbed down what was left of the extension rope to the very end of it, then started jumping down the floor steps one by one until he reached the very bottom stop (leading to the lobby) and found a cable box and started messing with it, cutting all the wires and draining the power out of the building. ALL lights began to flicker, and all outlets inside the plaza began to fry as Headhunter was cutting the power out of the building. Any wires connected to the outlets were frying, too, and Headhunter knew that the bombs just had to be connected to SOME of them. Not only were all security cameras turned off, and the power knocked out, but also, the bombs would defuse as well. Though, even with no electrolight inside the building, everyone could still see fine using their thermal night vision goggles. The troops began to work their way up the staircases, taking out all vulnerable guards along the way, while ZeroNumberX began to plant C-4 on all floor stops inside the elevation system, and patiently waited for the moment to detonate them (they are wireless explosives, so they're detonateable even with no power). Totally impossible. The Battlecruiser is not connected to the building in any way, form, or shape. Thus, your post is impossible. Still... since I have nothing against the first part of your post (the one concerning Seph), I'll still be able to continue on... ____________________________________________________________________ The Meteo Prime smiled... Meteo Prime: "I do not feast ipon corpses. I have no interest in corpses. I cam here simply becease that Ex came and told me to wait for you here... It was her who told me to disable the security hall." The Meteo Prime stopped smiling... Meteo Prime: "Seph... if you are ready... then you and all of your incarnations should stand in front of the pedestal. We shall soon enough if you are worthy. If you are, your soul will be repaired and you will return to your real, original form... but if you're not then the power of this shrine will crush your weak soul and I'll have both fresh meat and dresh soul for dinner. Now, hurry up and get moving! I don't have all day!" The Meteo Prime got out of the way. |

| The Meteo Prime faded out of existance as Seph grabbbed the sword... A hollogram of Ex Lightheart appeared in front of Seph... Ex: "If someone is hearing this message... then I must have failed. On year 3XXX, the fight against Evil has ended. Altought I successfully destroyed NeoBowser as he was about to reach Earth, my soul was sucked into a mysterious vortez and then, I seen NeoBowser's soul... his true soul. I tried to use my power to try and destroy his soul... but then, he summoned the souls of the Dark Kings and made his own power resonate with theirs. By making their power resonate, they called the hatred of all the Universe to oppose the hope inside of the Dark Weapon. To my surprise, the hatred overpowered the Dark Weapon's hope and caused my own attacks to be reflected at myself. Victorious, NeoBowser simply laughed and teleported me back inside of the Lancer... he hadn't done anything to me... or so it seemed. After I told Zerodius all that had happened, we both understood what had truly happened to me... as such, Zerodius created an memory image of my soul to replace me and ordered me to seal the Dark Weapon so it could be purified. As soon as I will have finished recording this message, I will head into Dimension 0's after-life and try to seal myself forever. I really hope that nobody will hear this message... for it will mean that I could not contain the force know as "Evil" inside of my heart." The hollogram flickered a bit... Ex: "In case I would happen to fail, I would like you to unseal this sword and complete my task. However, I must warn you. As soon as you will draw this sword, the seal will be broken. The Dark Kings will be revived, the Absolute Evil's power restored, and their legions shall be revived. It will also cause the memory image of my soul to vanish for this seal is the last thing that keep my soul bound to life. To draw this sword will finish me off... forever. However, I believe that it is necessary. Whoever you are, I want you to remove the seal, take the Dark Weapon, and finish what I started." The hollogram began to vanish... Ex: "Should you choose not to remove it... the Guardian of this Shrine will erase all your memories of your journey here, thus allowing you to live your life normally as if this had never happened. However, should you remove the blade... remember not to make the same mistakes I did... NeoBowser's power does not come from destruction as I first tought... it comes from everyone's hearts. NeoBowser exist not becease that there is evil in this world... but becease that there is evil in the hearts of people..." The hollogram faded. The Meteo Prime stared at Seph... Meteo Prime: "Well... you know the deal now! Remove this blade and hell will be let loose upon the world and it will be up to you to clean the mess! Don't touch it and I'll teleport you out of here, safe and sound... at the price of a few memories of course. Don't be a fool, mortal! If the legendary Ex Lightheart has failed, who are you to think that you will succeed? Now, tell me when you want to go so I can eat your memories, teleport you back, and get some sleep!" |

| Alien Seph placed one hand above the sword, as though he were about to draw it. Alien Seph: "I know it's quite a risk... how foolish I will look doing it, but I must do what I've been destined to do... what I've promised the giver of this message to do since I freed her soul... and I see no choice but to sacrifice the resistance's strongest leader, to spare the many lives of my people, and my world. To reject such an offer would be the bane of my exsistance, as I am now the Hunter's highest heel, their biggest leader, their most valueable asset. I now hold the privalege of writing the final chapter in the Chronicles, and I must prove I am worthy enough to finish it. I will not let Ex's soul, the very thing that compensates good from evil, go to waste. I must finish what I started since slaying the Dark Ex, what Ex started since ever. Gradius told me that, one day, this would happen, and as much as I didn't want to believe it, I knew full well that, sooner or later, it would come true. That time is now. That is why I must take that risk... Ex must give up her life, to save mine, the Legion of Doom, and the fate of all humanity. She mustn't go in vain, for I now hold the world in my own hands. Ex, I'd hate to let your life end on such a bad note, but..." Seph then grabbed the very end of the sword, ready to pull it out of the pedestal. Alien Seph: "Rest... in.... peace....." Alien Seph then started to glow a blue aurora, as though he were gaining energy from the sword.... and began to lift it from the seal of the pedestal. Once again, Seph wielded the very source of power, the one thing that made him real... the legendary Dark Weapon. But in doing this, Alien Seph knew that one thing was for certain, and the answer lay within the Dark Weapon's seal... Alien Seph: "And so it begins, another chapter in the Chronicles, another journey, another dream... I must do what I've meant to do, and that is to defeat the 8 Dark Kings and collect the missing puzzle pieces. Gradius told me that each of them holds a very special artifact that, while only good if all are obtained, would bring my power level to heights that no other being would ever dream of... not even the dreaded NeoBowser himself. While the sacrifices are huge, the reward is worth it. The near-but-distant past memories of the journey have sunk so deep into my brain that I can literally feel what it's like to go back, which is why I feel I can complete that journey, once my soul is repaired and I am fused back into a single being. It is the only way I'll survive it a second time. So, may I ask..." Alien Seph then kneeled down, head facing the ground and all. Alien Seph: "What is my purpose?" |

| A loud voice anwsered. ???: "Your purpose was to break the seal... and now that your purpose has been fulfilled you can die." In front of Seph, 8 souls... Seph recognised everyone of them... they were... the Dark Kings. With their bodies gone, they had took the forms of dark flames with red eyes. Mewtwo: "Finally... the seal is broken." Ganondorf: "Now that we are free, we can finally finish what we started!" King K. Rool: "I can sense it! NeoBowser's power is returning..." Ridley: "Our lord and master's power is awakening!" (all Dark Kings): "Now Seph... you shall face the same fate as Ex!" The 8 spinned around Seph, laughing at him... Then suddenly, the Meteo Prime jumped and landed in front of Seph! Meteo Prime: "Vile worthless spawns of NeoBowser! You aren't worthy of setting foot on such a holy ground! BEGONE!" Kamek: "In the past, we feared you for your Eternum was the only thing, along with the Dark Weapon, that could defeat us! But not anymore! Thanks to Seph, the last seal has been broken! NeoBowser's true power shall be unleashed! The Universe shall finally be purified from that vile abomination know as "life"!" Meteo Prime: "ENOUGH!" Bowser Jr.: "We would like to remain here and play with you, Seph but that spider is getting a bit angry... and we can't stand the spider's Eternum spell... so we must now go." 02: "Have fun with the final test, Seph! The second is the Disruptor Cannon Blueprint, a blueprint for an unbelievably powerful weapon. The third is the Four Sword, a sword with the power to shatter souls. The fourth is the Hyper Cannon, a cannon that use one's compassion and love as ammunition. The fifth is the Super Happy Fruit, a fruit that fills the one who eat it with hope. The sixth is the Crystal Sword, a sword so pure that not even NeoBowser himself can corrupt it. The seventh is the Blaster Prototype, the very first prototype of the legendary Blaster weapons. The final artifact is the GS Ball, a pokeball that create an internal barrier using one's compassion in order to contain one's hatred. These artifacts contain the pride, hapiness, and hope of many thousands souls... as well as their hatred, fear, and sorrow. Handle them carefully. Study them carefully. GS Ball for Mewtwo, Crystal Sword for 02, I remember those by heart, and by memory of my last bout there, but the others remain a mystery. Sooner or later, I will have to go back and face these menaces yet again to fullfill my power level in it's entity. There's a separate artifact that each holds, and they can only be obtained once their life force has been completely drained. They are the 8 Linxys, a fusion ring that allows the user and however many of the rings are used per person to unite into one competent and utterly devastating being. It's the only way my power level will ever match up with the Absolute Evil's, as the entire Legion of Doom combined into one being should be enough to defeat him. It is then, and then only, which I will get to put the ancient Prophecy to the test." |
