Welp...put in the ground order the other day for these three things:

PlayStation Dance Dance Revolution Deluxe Ignition Pad (Version 3.0) X 2

Playstation 2 PSX TO PC USB Converter 2 Ports

All told? About 110 bucks US, ground ship included. I think it's cheap for what I'm getting. This is the exact same pad that they used at Best Buy and it kicked ass.

Did more standard doubles today. Got half way through Max 300 Standard Doubles, failed (horribly insane jumps!)

So Im pretty comfortable with 5 and 6 standard, hopefully moving up to 7 standard/heavy next time.

Try playing .59 heavy doubles. It is easy because it is a really repetitive pattern. It is fun because it is just good to play and the song rocks. Finally, it is impressive because there is a small stream in the middle of the song that looks really hard to the onlooker, but it isn't

Fsck...tried that one again and I didn't get a AA...didn't really come close either:

Mine: P - 2868, G - 450, G - 34, B - 12, M - 24, OK - 109. COMBO - 548. SCORE - 272197454.
vs.
His: P - 3101, G - 245, G - 23, B - 3, M - 17, OK - 107. COMBO - 613. SCORE - 282612202.

Both on 3x...it's just a pain in the ass with my lag though over 10 minutes and it randomly stops in the middle of the 10 minute run.

Woooooooooooowwwoww...

EDIT OMG: Oh...and I'm passing catas now...Haw. Haw. Passed a few on soft pad, DDRMAX2 PS2. Now c'mon...rag on me because it was a soft pad...do it...DOOOO ITTTTT!! Afronova, Kakumei, TSUGARU...is PARANOiA KCET one uhm...I did quite a few Heavies...they were all C'd and they were all Heavies. The Ignition pad is the shit.

Also...POST IN THE THREAD ALREADY!

Hey, some of us have to make do with the soft pads...

Just got a copy of DDR Extreme. TSUGARU is quickly becoming one of my favorite songs to dance to. I may have to master the shit outta that song soon...

Finally someone posted...

TSUGARU's a great song...but trying to find DDR EX for the PS2 just before X-mas was asking for trouble...no retail or rental place had it...at all. MAX2 I got though and it had it.

MAXX Unlimited is harder than hell...I still can't pass Standard for the life of me...the end with the air completely kills me.

EDIT:

Plug to Disch/Leno's site if nothing else...I did so on BMS with this:

"Bam. Got my 40th one done for this year right before the buzzer. This one I doubt many have heard of, but this is an NSFE from Tsu Ryu's Originals. If you don't know what an NSFE is, it's basically an extension of Nintendo Sound Format, which is a media type that plays NES music. For more on Tsu's stuff like this, head to: http://disch.zophar.net and check their NSFE archive with the NotSoFatso plugin that you need to get for Winamp to play them. Okay, now aside from the shameless plug, this is very much like a MAX 300 kind of song except it's a little off-beat and sounds like it came from an old NES (because if I had it my way, it would). Graphics and the whole smack were put together in a rush job of about two hours, I'm happy to say that I've done 40 files for myself (this would be #38 to be submitted here) since July...and I'm quite happy at all the recognition I've seemed to accumulate since my start on BMS a few months ago. I hope I continue to serve everyone throughout '05 as well. That's said, enjoy. Single: Beginner - 3, Light - 5, Standard - 8, Heavy - 10. Rate: 301BPM."

IOU 1 BRAIN.

I know...I know...I just wanted to get a short one out of the way before the year ended. I'll see what I can do about that this coming week.

EDIT:

MAXX Unlimited, Standard, B. Just shy of 60 mill. My legs were in pain this morning.

EDIT 2:

Done deal, Ziff.

Having not seen South Park for years (blame Canada and more specifically digital cable), I can say two things:

1) Fun sprint SM.
2) Well, that was certainly hilarious and I have the song looping now.

(As of December, 2004. )

In "Dance Dance Revolution with MARIO" developing now, a light feeling of "DDR" is an attractive content that the production only of Mario's outlook on the world can also loading fully enjoy whoever or more as it is.
