I believe the Spider-Demon itself was just an invisible version of it, but it was hacked in the executable, so it didn't copy over to Legacy itself, so no change...although I saw Simpsons DOOM where they had Smithers as it with a Machine Gun.

The Cyberdemon was a snowman that threw chooks. When it saw you, it taunted 'You weak...pathetic fooool...'

Now all you need is some dead Duke Nukem's laying around.

I remember they did that in Duke Nukem 3D. In some secret rooms, you would find a dead Space Marine from Doom and Nukem would say "That's one doomed Space Marine" or something similar.

I never got to play Nukem. I saw it played...I remember the main theme to it clearly (Megadeath tells me it enough)...I saw it being played...but I never played it myself. Oh well. :\

*Places BFG to your head*

Duke Nukem 3D is really an awesome game. If you loved the original Doom's, I'd highly recommend you try to get around to playing Duke Nukem 3D sometime. It's pretty much the same thing, but slightly more ahead of Doom's time, you have jetpacks (therefore you can actually move up), there's larger outdoor environments that actually look more realistic. The humors great too and the games pretty random; you can go up to a bathroom stall to basically "use it" and Duke will make funny comments while it replinishes your health.

The toilet replaces your health.

[shakes head]

Okay, I've done enough damage for one day. An even hundred will be enough to suffice those that want my blood now. I figure RS+ is a good catch for today anyways. Cioa for tonight.

Yes, it gives some back.

And drinking water too.

Unfortunatly, giving money to girls doesn't.

I forgot to mention the strippers.

Funny how Nukem has infinite money.

I always blew the girls away though to fight more monsters.

Yes, me too. Using weapon #8 (well the one that you get by pressing 8, I think). Making them big or small rocked.

Can't say I remember the weapons THAT well.

I do remember you could ... I guess ... "dual weild" in this game, so to say.

So this game was the first to do so. :<

Oh, and the weapon I talked about (to make enemies become big) is only avaible in Atomic Edition (<3 my atomic edition).

Edit: And I'll stop here, beofre it becomes to much back-and-forth posting.

Heh, the main theme to Duke nukem. Grabbag, a theme that the creator dosent't really find finished with. He said that he was rather rushed to make that theme.

Hiryuu, upload your PWADs... NOW! And let play some on Doom legacy.

I haven't played Doom since DOS days, when I was younger. I do have the newer Doom on the compy, that I haven't touched it yet and I'm not sure if I will either.

Anya damn better have to try Doom Legacy, you just need Doom.wad or Doom2.wad to make it running. Funny how Doom is open source nowdays, but parts of it is still copyrighted. >.>

Nothing's wrong with Doom 3. Even though I've found it slow going, it still has a hell of an atmosphere.

Kitten Yiffer: Well, those two .wad files are the ORIGINAL works of id, so it's pretty hard to make a case for them being freeware. The SOURCE of Doom is.

I'd like to have a copy of the original DOOM. I only had the shareware version, so I didn't have everything and the plasma rifle and the BFG were locked out even with IDFA or IDKFA. I had to, instead, grab the DOOM 3? (DOOM) WAD and use it as a base. DOOM 2, however, I had full. I still have it on here on the new hard drive..
