I think they should add a warning sign on it.

Karadur: It's really not very interesting...it was about 8 years ago, and if I remember right, the actual cooking of the pizza rolls went largely without incident. The message we left, on the other hand, was kind of amusing, because I had never actually made pizza rolls before, so we had to look at the directions and everything.

Many plastic bowls are microwavable, Trapster.

Anyone else than me who microwaved foil? Althought I was quite young when I did that, and I didn't know about how metals react in microwaves.

I heard that eggs are dangerous to microwave, becuse they can explode. I don't know 100% about it since it sounds like an urban legend, I read about it somewhere but forget if it was true or false.

I dunno about explosions, but the egg would probably crack open...

It is, however, possible to cook eggs in the microwave. They just have to be removed from the shell first.

If I had eggs, I'd sure go try.

Why must must sister eat all of them ?

Try a blank CD-R instead. Turn it off right after it sparks unless you want to damage your microwave.

I forgot to tell, but it as said that it could explode after you take out the egg out of the microwave. Due to pressure or something.

...I should do some research, on the net. No way i'm gonna destroy my Microven.

I've never microwaved foil, but I have absentmindedly left utensils in there, like while making hot chocolate, and neglecting to take the spoon out of the cup after mixing it up, and before putting it in the microwave Most of the times I've done that, I glanced over and saw the thing in the microwave, and took it out

Here's a question for any / all of you: what's the worst mistake you've made while cooking or otherwise making food? It could be something you noticed before you started to eat whatever it was, or maybe you clued in while you were in the process of making it.

The worst for me would be the following:

:: Back when I was probably 6 or 7, my Dad was making cinnamon toast, and I was helping him. He told me to get the cinnamon out of the cupboard, but I didn't know how it was spelt, so I asked him what it started with. He told me 'C', so I grabbed the first thing that I saw that started with 'C'. Unfortuantely, that thing was the Chili Powder

:: This is something that most people have probably done sometime in their lives, and it has to do with grilled cheese. I set it on the frying pan to cook, and went out to go back to whatever I was doing before (I can't remember what though). I finally realized I'd left it cooking when I smelt something burning Went out to take a look, and the whole underside of the piece of bread was black.

I do have some more, but I'll wait to see if anyone else has anything of their own like that to share before I post more

This thing that happened today would be my worst. I haven't really screwed up cooking anything outside of this.

Burnt the underside of a pizza for a week ago or so, which made it little too crispy. Still editble but bleh.

Other than that it just have been bread left too long in. That's a classic.

Every now and again I'll do the classic "Hey, it smells like pizza rolls in here...OH SHIT, IT SMELLS LIKE PIZZA ROLLS IN HERE!" and go running to the oven, to find all the filling has spilled out of the pizza rolls. This most often happens at school, where I don't use the oven timer at all.

Me and my pizza rolls.

All I gotta say is, if you're going to make pancakes, make sure you have a spatula big enough to make them.

...you know, that line made me sober up and realise things. Geez I wish people could critize more, and not in the dumb whiny way.

I'm hungry as hell, right now. I hadn't eaten breakfeast.
