I thinks it's the excitment that it's partly dangerous (when people destroy the hands when they aren't careful...) and that's is something that explode.

And well, I don't see the point of thoose either. I would buy thoose things for a pretty sky, not for having a loud surrounding.

It's only dangerous if you're a MORON. Which explains why people get excited by things going bang.

It's not even like they're cool explosions. They're just annoying bangs. BANG. WOOPEE, IT WENT BANG. Yeah, fireworks go bang, we learnt that when we were like, three.

The thing I'm wondering about though, when it comes to fireworks, are why the hell some people buy shitloads of fireworks and start to send them up on the 25th of December (or somewhere around that..) and until New Years Eve, and then some after that even.

I mean, that has to be a total waste of money. And it happens every year.

My other half likes Fireworks.... I enjoy them, but I am nowhere near as into them as he is. I like to watch them, but he likes to set them off. If he was a moron, I'd worry, but he knows very well what he is doing, so I'm not worried about him. Unlike some people, he doesn't do anything stupid and he doesn't take any risks.

He does like stuff that goes "bang". I don't mind, as long as I know there's going to be a bang... if I don't know there's gonna be a bang, I tend to jump when it takes me by surprise!

I know people who are less than sensible with fireworks, and it resulted in damage to the rear windshield of a car.... (by "damage" I mean, the person threw a maroon, and there *was* no more rear windshield after that). Expensive to fix up.

I just get annoyed with people who set off fireworks just for the sake of setting off fireworks, people who do it nearby who go out and buy, I don't know, four very loud but utterly unimpressive fireworks, set them off, create a few annoying bangs, and for what? Honestly, it's like cavemen who've just discovered fire.

Samus spriiiites...

And a screenshot for all the Samus fans out there.

And that's from Metroid Zero right? In the orginal NES version Samus did run around like that when you have finished the game once, or something. >.>

Heh, the NES one is the only one I have played through.

Please, please, someone murder him. Preferably with one of Trapster's stupid homemade fireworks. Actually, kill them both.

I don't want to play Civ 3. I hear it's worse than Civ 2, which I have played.

It depends actually, I have played Civ 2 alot. But I do like civ 3 still alot, even if there is stuff I miss.

Such as I miss the old way to use Spies. But then I like the new system with resources and luxaries, trading with the computer is fun. >.>

Althought, using Civ2 strategies in Civ3 is not a good idea. You can apply general ideas but, well.

Give Civ3 a try, it's actually quite good. I like it better than Civ2 for the moment.

Civ 2 > Civ 3 in my opinion. Nothing terribly wrong with 3, it's just that 2 seems to be the better, more well-balanced of the two.

I've played both and the only thing I can see about civ 3 being good in anyway is the point that it is easier to learn to play...

I didn't get that far into it, especially because it takes a year and a half to do anything on it...
