| Nuclear war sucks in the civ games (or civ 2 anyway) because the fallout range isn't big enough and it doesn't coat the earth in a layer of soot, blocking out the sun and plunging us in to a nuclear winter =/ | |||

| But in the game, it just pollutes as the industries would. The game calls it global warming in Civ 2 and it totally sucks when it happens. When almost everything turns into swamp... not good.  Oddly the nuclear weapons only pollute on land, on the sea they're sorta clean.Althought I yet have to see Global warming in Civ3. I remember the computer being afraid if you had Nuclear weapons in Civ2, but I don't see any effects in Civ3. At least not yet.  I did own a few nukes in that Civ3 game, but I never used them. I owned them just to scare the computer, if it did have any effect. D: |

| I don't know how anyone can spend, like, all day playing Civilisation... Now, Viewtiful Joe, that's another question... Finished it now, on Kids (I had a long break from playing so that's why it took so long). Bloody good game. Now have discovered how much more difficult Adult is. Oy. |

| I actually do miss a few things from Civ 2 in Civ 3. Like how diplomated work. And the resource system is little annoying at times, even if it add depth. The Civilisation series rocks and that's why it's so addicting. It's one of thoose "I do this before I quit" games. However it seems also to be one of thoose games that you either hate, or love. Heh, I just saw Advance wars for cheap in a shop. So I couldn't resist, and bought it. Let's see if I like it... |
