Only twice... THAT'S AN INSULT TO SID MEIR!  Honestly, Civ II is IMO the best game ever. I got so addicted to that game... I still can't stop until i'm finished with the game. So yeah, I want Civ 3 becuse it seems... more fresh. And little more advanced/less annyoing. heh. |

| I think whoever bought the game for me got it, thinking it was something like the Age of Empires games (I like those). I can't say I completely hated Civ 2 and 3. They were alright, but they were too slow-paced for me (mostly the fact that the game was turn based). I also didn't play it that much because of the computer we had back then. It was somewhere in between the minimum and recommended requirements. It loaded fine, but there was about a 1 in 3 chance that when trying to load a saved game, the computer would freeze up, and I sure wasn't going to start a new game every time If you like it though, that's quite fine with me |

| Age of Empires is my least favorite RTS serie. I prefer the Command and conquer and the craft (Warcraft and Starcreaft) series before Age of empires. But i'm quite good on Age of empires 2. But Colleen, wasn't Ages of mythology Age of empires 3? |

| I find it pretty believable that he beat the game within that time. The most recent speedrun I could find is here, and that's in 54 minutes. The run Emptyeye's done would be something to see. That's quite a chunk of time to have cut off from the previous one. Click the link to view the author's comments on the movie at that site, and it'll tell you some, or most of the tricks the 'author' used. |

| Age of mythlogy have quite low system requirments. Well, for today standards. I didn't like Age of mytholgy that much. There was something missing with the game, or well. I probably should give that game another try. My mother thought, plays Age of mythology alot. |

| If it's under 1 ghz, then it's anything but new. I'm actually wondering, how new is it really? I have a two-three year old computer now, but it can still play the latest games ETC with no problems at all. When laptops are somewhat decent, they're usually alot more expensive than regular computers. Personally I probably wouldn't get a laptop, since prefer to be at home to do work. And if I have to do it elsewhere I just loan a computer at the libary. Thought well, anything around 400 mhz or higher is enough for me. When it comes to surfing. |
