well, maybe it will be a good opportunity for you to gain people skills because you won't hesitate to ask people questions and stuff. I find service jobs beneficial because it is an opportunity to practice talking to people and interacting with them. that stuff is good on a resume

I was considering a job in a gameplace called Nickel Nickel. It's an arcade, but it has fairly GOOD games in it. The only reason I didn't take it is because it's in a really bad area, and places in that same shopping center have been robbed before.
I'm just not comfortable with it. What a missed opportunity.

Encryption might need to be cracked so that the roms are playable. (See: Capcom, CPS2)

Plenty of arcade roms have had encryption or some type of protection (Slapstick's an example of a type of protection I think) which people have had to bypass. It's worked more often than not.

And how recent are thoose games with copy protection? I'm not surprised if they are quite... recent. Then, there been Arcade piracy for quite some time. With clones and all...

Eh... I think they're in the late 80's/early 90's range. Some games haven't been cracked yet and others had no protection to speak of.

Couldn't really take a huge pic any longer with some of the glares I was getting for it being to heighty. Made the Archangel title in five minutes. I practically timed myself with Colleen's IM box and the timestamp. Now I'm time attacking the small ones.

Battle wise? Yes, it's turn-based... but it's a little different. A good different mind you, but it's pretty unique as far as RPG's go. Especially GBA RPG's.

And I'm sure the rom's out there if you wanted to try the Wonderswan version... then again, absolutely nothing to my knowledge has been translated for the WSC so you're probably better off playing through the GBA version before checking that out.
