It would get somewhat confusing. I'd switch every bloody day.

The world would be alot nicer though. Homosexuals would not be discriminated against, relationships would be easier because nobody would say 'I don't understand girls/boys', and sex lives would be crazy fun, not least because everyone would know just which buttons to push.

EDIT: On the downside, we'd all need bigger wardrobes and have alot less money due to how much we'd spend on clothes.

... Exactly. The fact that it was a dream sequence isn't really what I'm referring to... Rather the fact that fucked up things of that magnitude happen with a high level of frequency in "real life" is.

And like I said, the more often weird things happen, the more they cease to be weird and become normal.

Lets face it, the idea that we travel too and fro in big metal boxes on circles is rather weird. But we're used to it.
