1. The palette problem in the miniboss room is because I had paused before that and took the screenshot one frame too early, and by the time I noticed it was effectively too late;

2. The reason Link shows up in those screenshots is because that I didn't feel like editing him out; if you notice, no other sprites show up (besides spike traps, becuse those are fairly important) -- the reason the doesn't show up in E2 is because I did a little trick (you can't tell but I'm falling down a pit)

3. Actually, all I did was just copy/paste the items from the status bar, you can even look (/l_1/0.png, 1.png, 2.png, 3.png)

4. It's my custom font, because reading a pure black font on that BG would be fairly hard

5. That rupee is taken from the status bar

Yes, BS games could end up being VERY complex in figuring out exactly what the hell was going on at times - especially when the same 2-3 stages kept repeating themselves with no rhyme or reason. :\

Fyxe: Sounds more like a game Nintendo would use for a competition, although the extra quirks sound interesting - and I'm always a sucker for games that focus on scores.

*Hijacks thread*

So, apparently, I did something that now allows me to warp back and forth between two save points in the PS2 Ys game. I THINK it was beating the game and saving the data, but I'm not exactly sure.

I think it depends on what kind of game it is too, Colleen.

I got pretty far in that Crash the Bishounen game.

Sigh, I can't decide between two educations. The more far away seems better but it's... more far away.

Oh well, I guess I had to move out someday. It's not going to be cheap...

I did that. Oh well... I did take the closer one as a second.

But I always could take a free year or so.

OK. It's Friday night. Internet was down for 90 minutes. Colleen has to figure out what to do to pass the time. Does he:

A) Sit down and watch some TV
B) Actually study for his two tests next week
C) Load up his Football Manager 2005 editor and rename as many leagues as possible for realism so that he can start a new game, then once that's done play some Super Metroid

...I'll give you a hint. It's not A or B.

That managing games are boring is an original thought? Seriously doubt that.

That was remoevd a long time ago, though I'm sure it's somewhere...

It was nifty, evidently he used to have a flash version (but that died when flash was disallowed in custom titles)

To be honest, I won't express my opinon about manager games. Why should I when I never ever tried them?

I like certain games when you "manage" things, such as Simcity 4. I like trying to set everything in balance. However I have no intrest in football at all, so a football manager dosen't seem too hot. :/
