Edit: Uploaded it to somewhere else, you can delete my stuff, thank you again. And thank you very much for the webspace.. But theoretically, I only need the images for my Layout, the rest can be deleted. Question: Does the clock show for you? Is it good readable? The Text? |

| Everything is readable for me Imoto, using Firefox here. ...and apparently, the SMART warning thing stops warning about imminent fKitten Yiffer on the harddrive. And the harddrive stops sounding... wierd. Then I actually think that the HD did go little slower to prevent dataloss and maybe that was why it did sound loud. Oh well... SMART disc checking programs says that the HD is ok now. And the warnings happened when dad ran a program when we was low on disk space, maybe it causes some errors that confused SMART. I wish I knew more about how HD's worked on a physical level, I know how partitions, filesystems and such works... |

| Low disk space screws everything up. All the time. Always take care of what you put on the computer and be sure to remove leftover temporary files and programs you don't need, etc. Thankfully image files are relatively small, whee. (edited by Fyxe on 04-02-05 06:41 AM) |

| I regulary do cleanup and defrag my harddrives, althought it's kinda hard when your sister downloads alot of stuff. But the strange thing is... the SMART system works on a physical level. It checks how well the HD's error detection and correction and how the header works and how fast it spins and ETC. Not in detail how the filesystem are, how many megabytes that is free and... well. I don't have any damaged clusters, thoose are usually a sign that the HD is failing... thought they can be created by just shutting off the computer when it's writing to the HD. My sister burnt most of the collecetion to CD's anyway, and moved some stuff to the other partitions. (edited by Kitten Yiffer on 04-02-05 06:54 AM) |
