| Max, I really hope you were joking around there. Because that was pretty cold of you and I didn't really find it funny at all. But I'm not going to argue about it in here, because I don't want to go about getting myself and others banned about it, but please... even if it was a joke, it was tasteless and still derespectful. Has anybody noticed that Leon, of F-Zero fame has a striking similarity to characters from Thundercats? Despite the fact that he has a canine rather than feline head, of course, but his outfit and general design... Not entirely noticable from this particular image, but if you saw him in F-Zero GX... Not only that, but his backstory is slightly similar to the whole Thundercats thing. It wouldn't surprise me, as many of the characters in F-Zero are homages to other things, James McCloud and Mr. EAD being the most obvious examples (and if you can't spot what they're referencing, you need a smack round da head). Interestingly, 'The Skull' is called 'Arbin Gordon' in Japan. Must be his original name before he died. Mighty Gazelle is also called 'MM Gazelle' for some reason. And most people know they changed Blood Falcon's Hell Hawk into Blood Hawk. You know, so they don't annoy the craaaazy Americans by saying 'hell'. Or something. O.o'' |

| That trophy wasn't in the European version either, and it's a shame considerng how that game got a release in Europa. My BIOS reported imminent harddrive fKitten Yiffer. Should I take it seriously? Man this is probably the first case of harddrive crash i'm going to see... unless the BIOS gone screwy and does a false warning. Edit: And the HD is making great sounds... great. | A disk defrag would make things worse actually, you see I think it could be a head crash. A defrag would only make it worse, since it moves around files physically on the HD. If it's a head crash that means it only get more damaged. Besides I did defrag it quite recently... It sounds like a old loud HD, but there is no other strange sounds. Ironically, it still have guarantee... for two weeks. So it breaks down, I probably get a new HD... hopefully.  Right now i'm backupping stuff to my second HD, and even copy stuff to my own computer. Heh, tell that to the Mission Impossible team then, XK. Their stuff seems to LITERALLY do that.  Gotta say that is kind of a waste just to give somebody a message like that, they could easily just decide to delete the message after being played, not have it self-destruct and kill you before you actually get a reply in time.Now XK, Mr. EAD ALWAYS had the stats E, A, and D. But what I'm surprised was that Blood Falcon's machine was named Hell Hawk in the first place, because I honestly didn't even KNOW the name of the machine until yesterday. | No way, Blood Falcon is cool, Hell Hawk makes more sense than Blood Hawk, really. I've been playing F-Zero GX again, and I just blasted my way through Expert and the Story (and got Deathborn and his very very cool ship). Now I need to bash my head against the wall trying to beat Master (and Extreme, I heard that exists) and Story on Very Hard to earn all the F-Zero AX bonuses (new tracks, new ships, wheeee). ... Seriously, 'BORK'? What the fuck? That's the dumbest thing ever. |
