Mother1+2 is Japan only... well else I would surely have that game by now. It includes my favorite RPG for SNES after all...

It never have been released in Sweden either, nor USA. And there isn't many Swedish GBA games, I don't know any at all.

I still hope with every ounce of gamer in me that Mother 1+2 comes to the US.

But no. They had to make it Japan only...Oh well.. Back to Dawn of Souls for me, I guess.

And still there is tons of crappy games... that even get translated. Lovely eh? -.-

Althought they did ask people on the offical Nintendo forum if they wanted it over to US, and it resulted a giant thread. So if NOA realises... after all Fire emblem came to the western world becuse of SSBM I even heard once, and that people got intrested.

None of the Mother games got a chanche to even sell in Europa... bleh.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Mother two-pack eventually get a release at the end of this year/early next year. Technically speaking, Nintendo already has translations for each game; the prototype for 1 and the SNES port of 2. Clean those up and there you go.

We shall overcome Acmlm's board!

*picture on Jesper then some german*

...it's not me at least. I was asleep.

They would need to clean up the prototype Mother, even if it have intresting tidbits. Such as Strawberry tofu, there was a Strawberry tofu in Mother2 too, but it got renamed to trout yoghurt for obvious reasons.

Speaking of Fire Emblem (and yeah, I'm about a week late) I used to have the GBA game.

Naturally, butterfingers me lost it and I never finished it, having only made it to Chapter 15 (or whatever the pirate ship one is) and constantly losing.

I suck at RPG / Strategy games. Blah.

Don't forget Animal Crossing coming to Europe.

And yes, SSBM built up massive interest in Fire Emblem. If it wasn't for SSBM I probably wouldn't know about Fire Emblem. They were actually going to release Fire Emblem 6 as the first game to the US (because it had Roy who had been previewed to everyone in SSBM) but they chose against it for some reason. But then they released FE7 once they realised that people were still interested in getting FE games over in the West.

Oh yes, Animal crossing. A game that's really not that advanced, but charming enough to play now and then. You can tell how happy I was when I finally got the game. Althought my dad did look strange at me when I bought the game... but it was a good purchase. Considering that one of my sisters constantly plays that game.

Althought I wished that the game had little more depth on certain parts, but that's maybe something they add on Animal Crossing DS.

I know for sure that US codes works. Heard people saying that over on Gamefaqs over and over.

And the codes from animalcrossing.com works. That's good... althought they just offer soccer. But the European site have nice goodies, like Punch out...

So you can play NES games in Animal Crossing, eh? Sounds pretty fun. Is it complete games or just parts of them?

Maybe Smallhacker made that Joke account.

It's full complete games, althought it's mostly first/second generation games that are in Animal crossing.

Games such as Donkey Kong, Pinball, Balloon fight, Clu Clu land, Golf and Punch out... there is more but thoose are the games I have.

I never understood why anyone would buy Animal Crossing. I already have a life simulator. It's called the real world.

If you want a life simulator... buy The sims or something.

I wouldn't call Animal crossing a life simulator, whatever people say. The sims 2 is more correct on that part.

My sisters just bought the latest expansion pack, but I doubt I will be playing that much. Most of the time I just tinker with my own custom content, such as a purple skin colour. xP

Nintendo probably didn't release FE6 since they wanted something more recent to start the American audiences on the FE series.

Maybe it'll be released in a year or two to wind down the GBA.

Man... I haven't played Animal Crossing in MONTHS. I just want one person to move out. I keep pestering them, because they annoy me so much.

Have you paid everything off in that game, Kitten Yiffer?

Punch Out is easily the best game out of those.

The second best is Balloon Fight.
