Nick Flooding (Note: Nick floods will result in a 1min SHUN - May be lengthened) 4. Mode Begging (Note: Incremental Punishment) 5. If somebody doesn't answer you don't keep calling them. (Note: Incremental Punishment) 2. No Abuse 1. Services Abuse (Note: 1min SHUN - May be lengthened) 2. Channel Ban Evasion (Note: Starts with 1 Day Gline) 3. G-Line Evasion (Note: Each offense will add 3 Days to existing GLine Time) 4. Bot (Channel) Abuse (Note: Incremental Punishment) 5. User Abuse/Harassment (Note: 1min SHUN - May be lengthened) 6. User Imitation (Channel) (Note: Incremental Punishment) 7. User Imitation (Network) (Note: 1min SHUN - May be lengthened) 8. Services Imitation (Note: 1min SHUN - May be lengthened) 9. Power Abuse (Note: Immediate removal of Power, K-Line if IRCop) 3. Clone Policy 1. Maximum of 3 Connections from any one computer/IP (Note: 1min SHUN - If limit is continuously exceeded a 5min G-Line will apply) 2. Once 8 Connections are made simultaneously the Server will automatically G-Line you for 5mins. 4. Warez/ROM Policy: These are not allowed to be traded or linked to on the network for legal reasons. Glossary Incremental Punishment Kick, 5min Ban, 30min Ban, 3hr Ban, 24hr Ban, Extensible Kick Forcible removal from a Channel, can rejoin provided no Ban has been placed Ban Stops you joining the Channel whilst the BAN is active, if you are still on the channel then you will not be able to talk or change nickname SHUN Server-mode which stops any message/ctcp/raw going past the server from you - You will be notified when this takes place K-Line Hostmask Based Server Ban Z-Line IP Based Server Ban G-Line/Gz-Line Network wide versions of K/Z-Lines Note: 2.6 and 2.7 (User Imitation) includes registering or fooling around with designated nicknames such as (but not limited to) WebUser or the current default nickname for the way of accessing the network via the "IRC Chat" link on Acmlm's board (this board).
