| Kirbynite: Aaiiee! The Dreamlander saw the Souja shrink before his eyes. He flailed his arms, trying to "swim" towards the ship, but it was no use. The planet's gravity was greater than the Souja, and was already pulling Kirbynite down. Before being engulfed in a ball of fire, Kirbynite quickly summoned a Warp Star to his aid. He gritted his teeth as anger hounded his mind. Kirbynite: They were moving so fast! Argh! I hate it when I sit around in my dumbed down mood while watching everyone pulling off crazy tricks. He knew he wouldn't be able to keep up with Jack and Minagi at the moment. He didn't have enough adrenaline going through him. Kirbynite: If only I had some Magic Food in my backpack... Wait! I can use the Orb of Mocpac! After pushing his way away from the burning atmosphere, Kirbynite reached into his yellow backpack. He pulled out a glowing crystal ball, with a red colored bandana rotating inside of it. The pink Dreamlander immediately devoured the sphere, and removed his red cap. A bandana took the cap's place, while a neon lit meter above Kirby's head. Kirbynite: Alright! It might be cheating, but no one even sees me. Kirby held out his right arm, and formed a beam saber once again. He leaned forward on his Warp Star, and disappeared, leaving only an after image. Kirbynite: Here I come, Minagi! |

| Meanwhile, in deep space... A large satellite orbiting the earth, with a rather large mechanical-looking tube on the bottom, clicks into action. Thrusters on the sides and back quickly wheel it around, and it stops, a long pole extending off the tube pointing into the inky darkness. A few faint sparks can be seen being sucked into the tube, the flow quickly increasing into a wormhole-looking like thing of sorts, and then-- --- Melvin suddenly stops short in his wake of carnage, as the hairs on the back of his neck begin prickling, and small faint blue lines appear in the air around him... Melvin: Oh, FUCK He immediately begins running back the way he came, as a large blue laser suddenly shaves through the hallway. Outside, a huge blue laser can be seen carving through the Souja like a roast ham, completely seperating the front third of the ship from the back. --- Booster was still at Fem's house, leaning back in his chair and admiring his work. Booster: Pwnt. |

| For a second, Melvin feels the vacuum of space pulling him back toward the tear in the ship, but before he gets sucked out the pressure normalizes as the ship heals itself. ---------- Washu and JDavis are running through the Souja's corridors. Washu, of course, knows where they're going, but some of the booby traps they're running into have been added since the Souja was originally built. Not that Washu didn't know how to deal with them, she just didn't know where they all were. As the SOL laser cuts through the Souja, JDavis and Washu are pulled forward by the vacuum of space. Luckily, the ship heals itself quickly, but unluckily... JDavis: Craptastic  JDavis' arm is stuck in the Souja's hull, having been sucked partway out when the ship healed around it. JDavis: Somehow, I know this is Melvin's fault. ---------- Fem steps outside and bonks Booster on the head. ---------- As Kirb approaches Minagi and Jack, he can see them (first as mere specks of light) seemingly colliding of each other over and over again. As he gets closer it's more apparent that they are flying at each other, fighting, then backing off for an instant over and over. Suddenly, Jack flies back to where Kirbynite is and matches his velocity perfectly. Jack: I'm not making too much progress here- Suddenly, a large blast of energy flies at the two from Minagi's direction, and Jack sharply angles his direction 90 degrees to avoid it. |

| Unlike Jack, Kirbynite decided to take the blast head on. He held out his sword arm and prepared to swing at the blast of energy. He wasn't sure if he was going to be able to deflect such an attack, but he was quite confident in the Star Rod's power. With a mighty swing, the Dreamlander unleashed a humming slash. The entire blast of energy was knocked off of its trajectory and now being pulled down by the Earth's gravity. Kirbynite: ... Wait a minute... Humming? Whoa! I didn't even realize I was still using the fake gem. Hm... Hey! Miss! You still have a chance to surrender and accept a plushie doll instead of fighting! C'mon! Everyone loves plushies! ----------------------- Chuchu was enjoying a nice stroll in the Little Vegtable Valley section of Neo Grape Gardens. Some crops seemed to be doing in such unusual times. Chuchu looked up into the sky and noticed a beautiful beam of light. She smiled at the brilliance. Her smile soon flipped upside down when she realized the light was coming straight at her. She immediately leapt out of the way. An explosion of corn and soil landed ontop of the red bowed Dreamlander. The field of crops were lit with blue fire, that is, the crops that were still standing. | Melvin simply stared as an entire third of the Souja regenerated in front of him... then shrugged, shot a hole in the door in front of him, and continued to head directly for the front of the ship. | |||

| Minagi: You think you can defeat me with a single fake gem, when I have two of the real ones? Jack decided to use this moment of distraction to attack. He flew at Minagi from the right, but she noticed him and held out her hand. Waves of gravitational energy started to come out of her palm. They did not stop Jack, but did slow him down a little. Just as he got a few inches from Minagi, she unleashed an energy blast which, along with the gravity waves, sent Jack flying backwards. Minagi: ... Idiot. ---------- Draco: You know what I miss the most about being Emperor? Kagato: *rolls eyes* Do tell. Draco: All the women that would throw themselves at me. Sure, almost all of them were just trying to kill me, but they were fun while they lasted. Kagato:You see this? *points at his own face* This is me not caring. ---------- JDavis: Well this presentsa problem. Washu: What problem? Just pull your arm back in and let the ship finish healing. JDavis: Have you ever seen Alien Resurrection? I don't want to be sucked out of a tiny hole before it can manage to seal up. Washu: Do you feel the flesh being sucked off your arm in every direction?JDavis: Now that you mention it... no. Washu: Because you're in Ryoko form, and are thus unaffected by the vacume of space. JDavis: Oh, right. Forgot about that. *pulls fist in* Washu: Have you gotten stupid while you were away? JDavis: Probably a little.  Now, which way to the control room?Washu: *opens a nearby door, revealing stairs* Down. JDavis: Down? Washu: Yes. Everybody puts their ship's control room or bridge on the front or top of their ship. Way too obvious a target. So I put Souja's control room not only on the bottom and slightly to the back, but also in the reversed dimension. JDavis: Oi. (edited by JDavis on 01-22-05 09:52 PM) |

| Kirbynite: Jack! Hey! That was very mean of you! Wait a minute... mean... Hey! Maybe you're under that weird zombie brainwash stuff. The Dreamlander begins performing certain actions with his Star Rod. However, he realizes that Minagi is not remaining stationary. Kirbynite: Hey, quit moving around! Deciding that it was best to tire her out, Kirbynite decided to go into a full out assault. The pink creature clicks a button on his Star Rod and aims it at Minagi. He shifts his weight around on the Star Rod, quickly moving left. He begins "strafing" around Minagi. Kirbynite: Let's see you slow this down. Star Blast Charge Beam! A beam of cosmic energy was shot out of the star tip, and headed straight for Minagi. |

| As Melvin blasted through the door to what would supposedly be the main bridge of the Souja, he was only met with -- a viewing deck? Melvin: Curse your logic, Washu!  Running through a series of holes he had just made, Melvin stopped in the middle of a hallway, pointed his gun directly between his feet, and fired, falling through a series of large holes leading into the bowels of the ship. |

| Minagi was not prepared for Kirb's strike, and as he finished his X-Slash, two thick cuts appeared on Minagi's cheeks, bleeding. Minagi: How..!? I have two of the gems! The only way that he could do that kind of damage is.. Suddenly a look half of rage and half of evil joy crossed Minagi's face. Minagi: With the third gem! *dashes at Kirbynite* |

| Kirbynite: Whoa! Kirbynite leaned back, making the Warp Star zoom away from Minagi. He tried his best to avoid any possible barage the girl may unload onto him. However, he needed space. Remembering another trick done with gems, Kirbynite held his right arm behind his back. A silent vacuum swirled around his right hand for a second. And then he vanished. His Warp Star was still there, but Kirbynite wasn't. Before Minagi took notice, the Dreamlander appeared behind her, swinging a mighty, red beam. |

| Minagi: Ahh! Minagi's back arched involuntarily in response to the sudden unexpected pain. Equally unfortunately, she caught up with Kirbynite's warpstar just as she straightened herself. Her head collided with it violently, sending it off in an odd direction as she started to spin end-over-end, out of control. It wasn't clear yet if she had been knocked unconscious, when Jack suddenly appeared out of nowhere above her. He had both hands clenched together above his head, but the didn't stay there. In one quick motion he hit Minagi in the side of her head, changing her course slightly, and greatly altering her spin. She was now spinning about so fast, and at so odd an angle, that she seemed to be one large blurry sphere. Jack: Now, Kirb! ---------- JDavis and Washu finally reached the bottom level of the Souja. Washu lead JDavis to a room off to the side of the corridor, which seemed to be filled with all sorts of odd computers. Washu: These are all just for show, they don't actually do anything from this side. Plus, as you will notice, since you're familiar with my technology, their displays and interfaces and everything are backwards. JDavis: Clearly. Now I assume we're going to project our astral forms into the reverse dimension? Washu: Naturally. If we went there physically we'd be trapped. JDavis: Yes, yes, I remember well enough. Shall we go ahead, then? Washu: Of course. And with that, the two seemed to just stare into space. However, they suddenly had reflections in the shiny floor, and they were not so stationary. Washu reflection: *walks over to one of the computers and presses a few buttons* There. Souja has come to a complete halt. JDavis reflection: *pressing some buttons on a different computer* Altering course.. Done. Washu reflection: *another button or two* Okay, we've got fifteen minutes to get Melvin and Draco and get out. Their reflections fade, and JDavis and Washu stop staring off into space and head out the door. |

| Kirbynite reached into his backpack and pulled out the Heart Star Rod. Kirbynite: I'm glad I'm able to level this thing up.... And with that, the quickly camera spun around Kirbynite as he held the Heart Star Rod above his head. He scooped the rod underneath him, and twirled it around him. Kirbynite: Mooooon... He-- er... Wait.. I don't have the odangos to be saying that... *clears throat* Heart Star Heartful-y-ness Pulsing Beam! The Dreamlander flicks the Heart Star Rod in such a manner that it spins infront of him without going anywhere. He strikes several poses, reminicent of his super hero prime back in high school. | Just then, as if on que, a large black and gray space ship arrived. It many sharp points and in the center wasa large red dome that presumably encased the bridge. Sure enough, a woman's head popped out of the dome and looked at Kirbynite and Jack. Appart from the lack of fresh wounds on the face, she was identical to Minagi. Ryoko: You guys need a lift?  |
