| Schwa scoffs. "I can help you, Siryx. But there are things you MUST realize before we begin our journey. First of all, you cannot be both Good and Evil at the same time-- according to the Laws of Spiritual Physics, SPH for short. In SPH, all beings are either Good or Evil, no in-between. That state is determined by their goals, emotions, personality, etc. What are your goals? You are trying to do the Universe a favor, am I right? That makes you legally Good. Sometimes SPH can defy the laws of normal physics. Remember that. Second of all, the best one you can find to help you is your pure self. Never, ever lose your sense of confidence! If you lose that, everything is lost. Believe in yourself, Siryx. Once you have realized your true confidence in ability, there is nothing you cannot do. And remember, confidence is a Good emotion, and will not support Evil intentions." Schwa walks up to Siryx. "I will be your Spirit Guide as you travel along this quest. That is where I will be of most help." Schwa now kneels and prays. "Sensae, I have found a soul in desperate need. Please help me to help him. I ask of a temporary blessing-- --existance in the Etheral Dimmension. That is where I will be able to help best. If you think I am worthy, Bend the laws of physics and grant me nonexistance!" Schwa stays kneeled. For a while, nothing happens. But then, Schwa undergoes an incredible transformation. His body begins to dissolve from the bottom up, replacing itself with a transparent form emitting blue light! (Schwa is still transforming... Bel & Zerodius can get in a post before he's done) |

| Siryx tought about what Schwa had said... Siryx: "My personality... my emotions... my goals... I had never tought about my goals before... I just want to get rid of the Power of Hatred. I just don't want to have it anymore..." Siryx closed his eyes... Siryx: "You also said that if I lose confidence then all is lost but... how can I lose something I do not have? I'm not sure about anything... I can't remember... half of the memories that had flowed into me during my transformation have vanished already... and my shadow told me about the other half. I don't know but a shadow isn't something that you can trust, usually..." Siryx standed there and tought... Siryx: "...and anyway... Is it even possible that a being who can never be tempted by absolute power exist?... and even if such a being exist... what are my chances of finding this being? It will take an eternity... no... it will take several eternities... my power will have consumed everything by then..." Siryx began to wonder if it was even worth it to try, after all. What was his odds of success? One out of an infinite number at least... Siryx: "In fact, I should just seal myself back into a state of deep sleep before I'm completely took over by the Power of Hatred." Siryx's shadow: "Hey! Where do that sudden negative attitude comes from? If such things as the Dark Weapon or the Power of Hatred can exist, why wouldn't the beings who can wield them safely?" Siryx: "I... I don't know..." Siryx wasn't noticing that some kind of fog was coming out of his body... this fog was, in truth, pure despair and sorrow in a physical form. The evil power had already begun to leak out of his body, corrupting everything around him... |

| A man walked out of the door, holding what looked like an explosive detionator. He stepped to the side of the door before pressing the detionator, which caused an explosion to rock the buried city, at least twice as strong as before, and a cloud of black smoke rolled through the door. As the smoke cleared, he passed through the door again, and cursed. The door was fine, without a scrach. He began to set up more explosives at the base of the door, oblivious to everyone else in the room. |

| Melvin was right next to Kirbynite, and stepped forward to examine the door, Smithy in tow. He looked at the door closely, then rapped on it. Melvin: Seems solid enough to me. Smithy: No doorknob, no deadbolt, not even a keyhole... Melvin drew out a pen, clicked it on the side, and then traced it across the door, a red-hot beam following his path. Not even a black mark. Next up, he drew out his Castor Rifle, and fired a No. 1 into the door at point blank, accomplishing nothing but sending up yet more smoke and dust. Smithy's Chromebuster and Rocket Punches had little effect as well. Melvin: Well, I'm out of ideas. |

| As Schwa finishes the last part of his transformation, his right arm gains a heavy glow of red, gold and blue colors. He holds it in the air and a white aura pours out in all directions. Right as the fog is about to reach Schwa, the white aura plows through it, destroying it all. The aura pours through the air like liquid, seeking out the fog and absorbing it into nonexistance. The blue-glowing, fully-transparent Schwa gets up from his kneel and stares at Siryx with silver eyes. "I am your Spirit Guide from now on. I will help you battle the obstacles you will encounter. I am a Psi Warrior without a body to hinder me, so there is nothing I cannot do." Schwa holds his multi-colored right arm in the air, and the 3 colors fly out and swirl around Siryx. These generate an aura that restores Siryx's confidence. "Know these symbols, Siryx! Red is Virtue, gold is Respect, and blue is Honor. Without them you are nothing! These are the Living Assets, Siryx. They are living deities that our souls require to become strong. Believe in yourself, and the Legend Assets, and you can move mountains. Good luck!" Schwa recalls the colors to his right arm. |

| Siryx stared at Schwa's soul... Suddenly, Siryx's sword, the Dark Weapon, opened it's eye. Dark Weapon *telepathy*: "Schwa... Schwa... I am the Dark Weapon. Created from the sorrow of brave souls, made of human flesh and bones, powered by their souls... I am the very incarnation of their will to overcome Evil! However... you must understand that my power is directly linked to my wielder's soul and as such, if I fall into the hands of evil beings... then my power will be drained... and it is what happened. I've been sealed for such a long time with Siryx that the Power of Hatred drained both me and Siryx of all our hopes. We are now only former shadows of ourselves... Schwa, by becoming our Guardian Spirit, you took part into a long forgotten battle that was supposed to have ended long before you, or even your god was even born... now listen well to my words, mortal..." The Dark Weapon closed it's eye and remembered... Then, it opened it's eye again. Dark Weapon *telepathy*: "While you may believe that you're safe as a Guardian Spirit... in fact, you will soon be forced back into a body... for your own security. You are about to embark on a journey that will lead you to the very edge of existance... you will learn much about yourself and about the Universe... in fact... you may learn a bit too much about yourself than you would want to know... You will learn about your ultimate limits... and about just how evil you can actually become. Incarnation of Good you are? We shall see... who knows? Maybe your evil side has grown much stronger than your good side but that it's just asleep for now..." Siryx stared at the Dark Weapon. Siryx: "What?" Dark Weapon *telepathy*: "Soon... you will understand, Siryx. But first... before this journey may begin... we must take care of the one who awakened you, Siryx..." |

And each time one brings a new Crystal Star with the map to the Door, the location of the next Crystal Star will be revealed. Until finally all of the Crystal Stars are gathered and the Thousand Year Door can be opened... Jack: HEY!
