I'm going to have trouble from now on, my wrist is in a wrist support now that my tendonitis is playing up again.

bleh, wrist feels a little better at the moment anyways, but when I'm done eating lunch, I might see if I can get some foam to stop the edge of this support digging into my hand.

Tendonitis isn't too bad. It happens when I'm run down though, and it's more discomfort than anything else. I just have to remember to get lots of sleep and it usually goes away.

Till then though, I'm wearing a wrist support, which is digging into my thumb. I bought some foam, I might sew the foam on later tonight when I get home, but for the moment it's just sitting in there keeping the edges from digging in. I think it's that the edges of the support are a little coarse, they're starting to give me minor abrasions.

Okay, can somebody please explain to me why my wrist doesn't hurt when I use my iBook, but it does on the keyboard at work?

timing? well, i notice that i lose power in my right hand after a few hours of playing video games and using the mouse all day. also, maybe the posture of your wrist as well in using the keyboard at work and the one on the iBook because I think iBook keys are below the surface you rest your hand on while the keyboard keys are elevated.
