| First find the pointer for the text you want to change, then insert then new data in a blank place in the rom, then change the pointer so it points to the data you added. If you search for it in a hexeditor, you'd have to reverse the bytes though. 08 43 54 65 = 65 43 54 65 Does that make sence? | XDXDXDXD, You people crack me up. Now I shall write a quick tutorial. Say the Original offset is 01AF68 but you want to change it to 010102 Here is how the GBA pointer works. Bytes are reversed the pointer for offset 01AF68 is 68AF0108 So the pointer for the offset 010102 is 02010108 Just change them and your done Short and sweet. |
