| ....................... Where do you get the 18 from? 36 can be made by 1, 4, 9, and 1, 3, 12.... As well as 9, 2, and 2 (leaving an oldest to still like chocolate), 3, 3, 4, and 1, 2, 18... Seriously, the 18. I'm not getting the 18. Are you saying children here? Cause I know that legal age of adulthood is 18, but social security is generally for older people. Welfare, on the other hand, is different. I think I'm too tired to be reading this question properly. |

| ok, take my answer and amend it with this, the number of men would actually lower because, in a normal situation, there would be cases where there would be a girl born first, then boys afterwords. But this new law would prevent those cases from occuring. There would be a surge of men because there would be relatively less woman, not because there would be more men. | |||
