| Far out guess, but..... The corporation owned the glass company. By carrying out the suit and making the legal processes public, the glass company would end up getting a bad reputation as a company that supplies faulty glass services, which would in turn cause the company that owned them to lose money. After this, there will be exactly one guess left. I honestly hope it goes to Kario, or else we'll have wasted two pages on this one... |

| I cant guess now, but to give everyone some ideas, there are a bunch of questions I want to ask that I cant now, so I making the following statements so someone can make their own guess. THIS IS NOT A QUESTION. If there was a lawsuit, there would have been an investigation, they might find something in the building that would cost them more money than they would get out of the glass company, so they dropped it. Perhaps the building wasnt up to code and would get a horrible fine. Perhaps the building is some sort of government building so a trial could not be carried out. Again, THESE ARE NOT QUESTIONS. |

| 1: The company was not engaged in any illegal activity, meaning finding something fine-worthy is out. 2: The building not being up to code involves illegality, as well, so that places that one outside the field of possibility. 3: The company was not forced to drop the charges, so the trial was fully able to be carried out. |

| Allright. Rereading the questions, I have come up with a reasonable last answer. Is the glass the building may buy from somewhere to put back in, come out to more of an expense then the money spent on sueing the glass company? I hope im atleast partially right.  |
