| Ok, the company is a bungee jumping/parachuting company, employees/customers regularly jump off the roof using the company's products. If the buildings were shorter, the parachute wouldn't slow the persons decent/the bungee cord would be too long and the person would die. | |||

| Does the company want to have highly-visible billboards which will tower over their neighbors and be visible from all over? The Sogo department store actually got in trouble for this a few years ago in Spain when they insisted on putting a giant neon billboard atop a very tall building despite the city having an ordinance against such garishness. |
