The ball landed on a car/truck, the truck then drove thru 4 states.

I'm thinking that the guy was playing at a miniature golf course that would possibly have small mininature models of something from four different states.

Well, what I'm thinking is he went to the Four Corners Monument, hit the ball, and managed to smack it RIGHT on that area where the four corners meet. It's a marked spot, so he'd have to be extremely good with his shot, but it's entirely possible to hit that spot in the Four Corners Monument with a golf ball. The four states are, as previously stated, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado. There's a monument there marking the location.

If all the previous answers are on the wrong track (I like the Four Corners and passing through four stares' airspace), I'll say that he was playing in the middle of winter and the ball bounced down a frozen river for several miles. And that story with a ball landing in a truck and traveling to another state supposedly really happened with a home run ball in Cincinnati. Does anyone remember? |

I'll assume the answer to my last question was yes... Okay, this question may help us all, if nobody's gotten it yet: Did this occur at the "four corners" in the United States? |

Uhhh... Thats a no to everyone but Reshaper. I am looking for a specific way the ball traveled. And as a free hint, think mario golf. Questions used: 7 Questions left: 13 |

Darn...I wish I could use that Mario Golf hint, but I've barely played it. Okay, here comes a guess: At the four corners, the ball travelled through two states, bounced off of something at an angle, and then went through the other two states off of that bounce. Maybe? |

I'm guessing that a guy in the united states hit the ball in mario golf which hit a warp pipe and landed somewhere else. this could be considered going through 4 states as if he was in a place that was very warm and the ball came out of a place that was very cold, or vice versa

Or perhaps he was playing the GBA Mario Golf as a passenger in a car, and ended up being driven through four states as he was playing?

Was there a nearby pipe that the ball fell into, and got taken around the sewage through the four states?

would these "states" happen to be states of motion of the ball, such as stopped, moving, curving, and spinning? (edited by Synneth Relmn on 11-06-04 07:05 PM) (edited by Synneth Relmn on 11-06-04 07:05 PM) |

Does it have anything to do with the companies name or slogan? as if they were a plane company they would be "10 stories higher than the rest" or somethin like that? (edited by Hiryuu on 11-08-04 09:34 PM) (edited by SGT_Vegitto on 11-10-04 02:36 AM) |
