What, in your opinion is the coolest move of any character in SSBM? Any move in SSB was inherited by SSBM, so if you have only played SSB then choose one of those moves.

A personal favorite of mine is Ness' walking and A (-->(light) A) it's just your basic kick, but its fairly powerful and effective. I also like his A, A, A combo, thats fairly effective in close combat, and you can follow it up with a throw.

Those are kind of boring, so if I were to pick the coolest move, I would have to say either Mewtwo's disable(down+B) or Ness' PK Flash(B) or Absorb Shield(down+B).

What can I say? I'm a Ness fan!

Mine would be Link's Spin attack [A (or maybe B) + Up]

I'm gonna say Ice Climber's Soul Breaker or whatever they call it. It's this glitch which totally disables the opponent's ability to move and freezes them in place until they're thrown. Mewtwo can do it too but it's impossible to get off unless the opponent is doing exactly what you say, whereas I've seen it done on people who are actually trying with Ice Climbers.

Well...

If you count EVERY character...

Giga Bowser's Blizzard. He spins in his shell, summoning a HUGE blizzard that is just as cool-looking as it is deadly!

Crazy Hand's counter attack when he get hit too much is cool too. He falls on the ground and roll around as if he was feeling intense pain (more often than not, it should be the case!). Cool-looking!

If you're talking about playable characters...

Roy's Flare Blade creates a big explosion. A really cool-looking attack in my opinion!

Link's Spin Attack doesn't need explanation. It kicks ass in every single game in which Link appear.

I was also impressed by Fox's & Falco's upward special attack (Fire Fox/Falco I think). It looks quite cool both when charging and when the actual attack is executed.

As for firepower effect, I love Marth's Meteor Smash, it's always fun to make your opponent think you're gonna miss and then hit them with the tip of the back of the attack and send them flying downward.

For coolness, though, I gotta go with Kirby using a Warp Star attack (just the way he bounces out of it is badass), Young Link's Spin Attack (old Link's is OK but the multiple hits just make the attack seem like it hurts so much more), or Luigi's Tornado (depending on who uses it, it causes a LOT of mayhem).

Mario's tornadoe is the most annoying attack when your on the recieving end. Particularly, when its a hard computer (lv.9). Level 9s aren't that difficult, but obviously they do present something of a challenge. And, the computer can do things that a human's coordination could never possibly achieve. I like to shield roll a lot, and usually you can do this right at them, and they can't get you because there is a split second there until you roll again. But on that split second, it is the perfect opportunity for the computer to execute a Mario tornadoe... very annoying.

After a while, you learn that Lvl.9 Coms aren't that hard. For example, this little match I did:

Level: Mushroom Kingdom 2

Players:
- Me (Samus)
- Lvl.9 Com (Roy)

Items: Poison Mushrooms

Stock: 5

I beat him in under 2 minutes without losing a life and without going over 30% damage.

I Jigglypuff <3 (he is one of my favorites ).

Kirby's taunt, sure it dosen't damage. But it is so annoying on your opponents that it can be very funny to use.

While computers react fast, they lack strategy.

I did something once using Kirby. I lure to comp in the air at the where there is no ground and then I used Kirby's B+ Up to 'help' the comp fall while a land on the safe land. Yup, no strategy.

I like Roy/Marth's Forward B attack. It doesn't work as well against computers as it can against humans, though...

People will see you use the same attack twice quickly and assume it's exactly the same... Then you change the last three hits entirely. That effect doesn't work on computer opponents.

That's BS T_T It works several times better on computers since you can adjust it to fit the situation while humans will likely dodge the last few hits, or cancel it out.

I like Mario's Tornado move the most because I tend to use it pretty often...

Then I like Luigi's "Rocket" but it can be pretty hard to use sometimes. I flew out of the screen once...

The computer is a complete retard with the Luigi rocket. They use it as a triple jump, which is fine, but the B+up should be used in combination with that.

Human example:
You get knocked far, execute a double jump, still far from stage. Execute a Luigi rocket to gain distance, then a B up to regain footing.

Computer example:
Computer is on the edge of the stage. You execute a semi-powerful move, like a walking+A. Computer Luigi rockets and hugs the side of the stage, with the edge being inches above them. Computer will die because Luigi rocket doesn't gain any height, and that's their programmed third jump.

And Cymoro, lv 9s aren't hard, but your feat is still quite impressive.

I would have to say Captian Falcons electric knee attack. Forward jump A button and it will give an electric effect and a very powerful throw. As for cooler looking I would have to say Roy's (or Marth's I guess) Dancing blade attack. Of course you have to do it like this, Over B, Over B, Up B, Over B (for throw) Up B (for upward throw and turn into a juggle) and Down B (for multi-hit).

After you owned the game for a while and a lot of people play the level 9s get hard. The game learns your combos and stuff, so level 9s for me can give me a problem. Oh and if you want to test your skills Cymoro go to Final Destination. The best I have ever done was

Red Team
Me: Captian Falcon

Blue Team
Cpu lvl 9: Link
Cpu lvl 9: Samus
Cpu lvl 9: Ganondorf

Team attack off, items off, Final Destination.

That was really hard I got down to 1 life 160% with Ganon and Samus still alive. both about 100% and I did the electric knee to samus and ganon tried to do the Garudu Punch. I dodged behind him and did an over Smash and I won.

I haven't been able to do it again.

How is it impressive? CPUs are dumb as bricks. In that same matchup, I defeated Roy in 29 seconds. I took 28 damage, none of it from Roy, all from the damage taken from being off-screen. Would've been shorter and I would've taken less damage, but unfortunately Birdo came through and interrupted it. I did it by staying off-screen, waiting for Roy to come around, grabbing him, and throwing him in to the far left wall. 'twas pretty easy.

I attempted the matchup, and I took 90 damage, but no lives lost.

On the topic, I also like Jigglypuffs B attack, its fun to control.

I think I have mastered using Mario. Once you are able to predict your opponents moves, there's no hope. That's what's different about me than from most other people: They can't guess what I'm going to do next. And I'm an expert at predicting other people.

Anyone who has projectiles are no match for me. I just rebound them with my cape!
My friend uses Samus, and I can't remember when the last time was when he actually got a fully charged Charge Beam to hit me. It's like a sixth sense or something... I just know when they're gonna do something.

Forward + B

I only wish I could enter a competition or something.
