Here it is, 30 minutes work, an ActiveX GameBoy Advance 4-bit Tile Editor Control! Use it in your GBA editors Features: 1. Fully user-definable color palette (SetPalette method) 2. Integrated tile data loading/saving with full 4-to-8 bit conversion 3. There is no three cuz I can't think of anything. Sample program and full source code available by request.
