Yeah, but he's really freakin' big.

This game really rocks, so buy it.

He may be big, but he's also easy, so it balances out.

Have you noticed that the.. "last boss" is always easy?

Ive always liked the music in this game, it contrasts nicely, and its nice on the ears

Well then again, the game is relatively easy. The only hard part is unlocking all the Secret Levels which I admit I haven't done yet. I got the first 3. It's hardly on top of my to do list

Well, I bought it yesterday after working, and I like what I see. The music is good, the levels are more difficult (which is good), and there are secret levels. I'm up through 2-5 right now (but I haven't found any secrets). However, I do have a question. Does it save after every level or every castle?

Okay, thanks. Now I don't have to worry about beating a certain number of levels before I decide to stop playing, unlike Super Mario World, where you have to beat a certain level to save...

That game is so great that there never usually is a 'Decide to stop playing'

Level 2-7 and 1-7 rock. 1-7 was the level with all the Fuzzies, if you remember

Of course I remember. Getting dizzy was so very... odd. At least now I know what a fuzzy is now (after seeing it before in the rankings).

uh, in SMW you can press start and select to save... not many people know that for some reason .

And fuzzies are cool... they are the only drug reference-type-thing nintendo has ever done with Mario

I always joked about how he was getting drunk instead. He sure as hell doesn't look dizzy

As for saving in SMW... No you can't Where did that come from?

I just tested it.

MIGHT not? Hell, I could bind every button but the ones that enter levels to the same key, press that, and I guarantee you it wouldn't let me save :p

EDIT: And I just did. Lets you look around is all. And you can do THAT just with the start button.

Just as a matter of interest, JJ64: How did you manage to get the game? I doubt the gameshop would have them in plentiful supply

I love that game. I never saw such beautiful levels in a 2D jump'n run. Especially levels like 4-4 with really innovative ideas, such to find four keys to proceed to the boss, and funny ideas like the eating giant chain cannon balls or neeat castle levels like 5-4 made me playing it more and more
And shitloads of unique extras, a simply but really addictive 100 score point system makes you search and 'unlock' the secret level.
And these really are challenging.

Just naming "Extra 3" or "Extra 5 - Kamek's Revenge"; finishing these with 100 points requires all your skill and sure a shitload of lives the first time

Oddly enough, the store I go first normally has a bunch of Yoshi's Island cartridges, but rarely anything else I look for.

Anyway, I've made it to World 3 now. 2-7 was really fun (those were some big shy guys), and the 2-8 boss took a little bit of figuring out.

I just bought SMA3, and I really love the remake. Thought I prefer the orginal version in terms of sounds and music.

I have finished 100 on every stage, now let see if I can do 100 on every stage on the GBA version.
