I am talking about that second water tile from smw (tile 3), not the one that accompanies the animated water tile. I am talking about that water tile generally used at cave stages from the original smw.

In my hack, I use the animated water from smb3 cave levels, the one used in smw returns by KT, in all levels, not just in the cave stages, instead of the normal smw water animated tiles.
But, since I want to put the fishes that go vertically and horizontally (the ones from water and cave levels) in this water, I use the animated part (tile 0) plus the tile 3, found in cave levels at smw.
So it is like this:

this is the animated part (tile 0): ~
this is the non aimated part (tile 3): o

the water is being put at the level like this:

ooooooooooooooooo
ooooooooooooooooo
ooooooooooooooooo

I don't use tile 2, the one that goes together with the animated water at smw, coz the horizontal and vertical fishes from water level dont work w/ them.
So i am using tile 3.
The problem is: i used tile 3 in the way i drawed here at a cave level, and it worked fine, w/ the animated part above as the way i showed. The fishes worked well, so no problems. BUT, when I used it in a normal level, w/ the 'rope' set, this didnt work. The fishes 'falled', as if there was no water.
I wonder why this hapens
