Basically I want to learn the process of ROM hacking with this. I'm planning on making a Pokemon Gold/Silver Script Editor/Inserter/Repointer...

Rom.Position := $16251;
Rom.Write(B,3);

is im guessing means goto the address 16251 but im not sure what (B,3) is...

sorry, im very new to programming...

maybe it means, that it writes B3 to that address...thats what it looks like to me, but I dont know delphi, so im not sure, just a guess.

Rom.Write(B,3);

Basically, that writes 3 bytes of the variable B.
