Looks good, even though Ive never played FF2... Maybe you could darken the blue on the second one a bit to make it a bit more eye-friendly. |

MN: Leviathan is not in this game, unfortunately. Kirby: The second one is actually not a palette that particular monster uses. A couple others do though, I just chose that one for the hell of it. Dynamicise? I presume you mean having it take up no more memory than it actually needs (As opposed to using standard chunks of Size X no matter what goes in them)? |

I got the memory down, it's trying to use as little code to draw all this stuff is what the problem is. I only know where the battle palettes are too (big thx to Grond for chipping that ice). I do have the world map cracked wide open, but it looks like there is a little more map data after it. (I doubt it's the regular maps, it's too damn close to the end of the bank for other maps.) BTW, it's only about 100 bytes or so, it might be world map changes after certain events are passed. That's a guess at this point... Anyway, I hope to get this drawing stuff down before long... |
