Nope. Re-read this thread. IIRC, it was Colleen who posted the reason that happened. Mordechai had nothing to do with that. Mordechai's probably gonna feude with 'Taker, starting at Judgement Day.

Aw heck, I'll save ya the trouble of trying to dig up the exact post with the info.

Basically, Kurt Angle injured his neck waaaay back when. From what I understand, it was before he ever signed with the WWE. Anyway, he'd had surgery on his neck, but in his match at WrestleMania 20, he put too much strain on it. The doctors said that he could seriously screw himself up if he continued to wrestle. Therefore, Big Show lost to Eddie, went crazy, and wound up throwing Kurt off that ledge (which was between 15 and 25 feet, depending on which week you were listening to them tell you what happened while showing the replays. Good thing Vince can keep his fictional facts straight *rolls eyes*). And then when Kurt came back, he said that he will never be able to wrestle again.

So, as you can see, it's just the storyline way of dealing with Kurt's real-life neck problems keeping him from wrestling again.

*gasps* NO! You're joking, right?

Seriously, though. I think everyone in this thread is smart enough to know that the entire WWE is scripted. And anyone who isn't, well... XD

Colleen: I didn't really think it was real, though you never know for certain. *adds Eddie's mom to Vince's list of Old People Killed*

Yes I know exactly what you mean. Most (maybe all) of their matches weren't decided by skill, but rather by storyline and are thereon pre-determined. I wouldn't be at all surprised if your predictions are true (that Cena loses to Rene'e and he renames the US title the French title).

Um, NONE of the matches are decided by skill. They're all scripted in advance. For example, everyone in WWE knew that Benoit would win the Royal Rumble, and "jump ship" to RAW. They knew he'd get the title at WrestleMania, and they knew he'd keep it at Backlash. And they probably knew all of this as early as the summer of 2003.

Personally, I could care less that it's all scripted. All I care is that they entertain me. That's what I pay them for, after all.

PLEASE tell me you know it's scripted, Seph.

Truth be told, Dinsmore was the biggest reason I watched RAW on monday. His style was certainly a change of pace from most other wrestlers' styles.

I'm afraid it's true, drjay, we DO love Eugene. But, does anyone else see the WWE playing the crazy/tough guy card with him, trying to make him into another Mankind?

Then again, maybe I was just imagining it...

The thing is as over as Eugene's gonna be (and is), his is a character with a very short life. They're gonna have to do something with him and Regal, then either can Eugene as a character or have him reveal he's really not retarded or something, and soon.

He'll get "concussed" at one point.

But it certainly has a couple of months of shelf life. If the crowd keeps popping then you run with the ball.

Regal's done the facial expression thing for a while though. And he's tremendous at it in any situation.

By the way, anyone heard that Grand Master Sexay has been fired (again) from being late to a house show?

I know it's all scripted. Explains why Bradshaw whipped the floor clean with Ray Mysterio last Thursday and may do the same tonight at Judgement Day against Eddie Guerrero. He promised a victory against Ray and guaranteed one against Eddie, and so far, in my time watching the show, there hasn't been one empty promise made, so by the records I see Guerrero goin' down tonight and JBL getting the title. Even as much as I hate to say it, that's what's likely to happen. But I think you all knew that.

Spoiler:
Of course, that didn't happen. Eddie retained the title despite losing by DQ to JBL. Eddie did a huge blade job and was gushing blood all over the place. He hit JBL with the belt for the DQ and went ape on him after the match. Sounded like the only "good" match on the card.

THANK YOU. Now I know what happened.

Although, by most accounts,
Spoiler:
Eddie's bladejob broke the Muta scale. Had to be hospitalized for blood loss... I've even seen it spoken of in the same sentence as the Mass Transit Incident.

DarkSlaya: THAT was quick. You'd think that if you managed to get a second chance, you'd bust your ass to make sure you DON'T BLOW IT.

And Eugene DESTROYS. They might have pulled off the impossible tonight...
Spoiler:
Turned potential Wrestlecrap into a legit star. He was fucking OVER tonight... and he even got the rub from THE ROCK. You love the exchange about his friends and favorite wrestler... "Triple H!" "...Triple H? Come on, don't make me look bad..." \m/

Despite the gimmick, I think they actually see something in Dinsmore (Yes, Im still calling him that). It may be just me, but I think he plays into the role more, and holds back his style a bit...

Spoiler:
The Rock...didn't smell that cookin at all...

And as for Kane getting his shot...What did I tell you?

I was laughing SO DAMN HARD when Eugene named his favorite wrestler! XD

And Jarukoth, you can call him Dinsmore. His character is named Eugene Dinsmore, so...

I think it SUCKS that Kane is going against Benoit. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Kane sucks. They killed the character when they removed his mask. He's boring. His matches are short, he's very winded when they're over, so he sounds like he has athsma... Glenn Jacobs either needs to retire, or just get a new charcter.

Oh, and last night, during the first commerial break (or right around there), I called HBK's interfereance. Sad, really, that I could predict that. I was really hoping the last two would be Orton & Hunter, and that Orton would turn on Hunter. The kid has FINALLY gotten the hang of the biz, and I don't think he needs to live in Flair & Hunter's shadows anymore. The Foley push really did it for him, IMO. Batista, on the other hand, still sucks. No mic skills, and doesn't seem to have good control of his over-steroid-abused muscles.

Eh, I think Batista's improving. The bit with him and Kane was nice... although I thought it would end with all-Evolution action. Flair and Batista eliminate themselves, Orton doesn't, they fight it out. Or forget Kane wasn't actually eliminated, he comes in, and eliminates Orton/HHH.

I agree. I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one who thinks that way for that "no talent assclown" (as said before on WWE). I'm getting sick of matches that are decided by just a few tainted moves and words. I can tell Kane is gonna win at Bad Blood. There is no doubt in my mind that that will be one to miss now thank you very much.

Kane was way cooler in the NWO's time or when he was with Undertaker (Brothers of Destruction) Now's his matches suck.

Kane at Bad Blood?

Not likely considering that the rumor is Benoit vs. Michaels at Summerslam in Toronto.
