They fired him because he says too much on the internet. I'm angry; I was a huge Matt Hardy fan. That's too bad.

The rumor is that they weren't happy with how Matt handled it; so basically Edge and Lita commit the sin and the guy who gets screwed over... well... REALLY gets screwed over. :\

Where have we seen that before?

Well thats bad... hopefully the fans will pick up on it and really lay into Edge, and not just as in wrestling heat but real throw-rubbish-at-him-as-he-comes-out kinda heat. He's spineless and a backstabber, and I knew all along Christian was the better brother. But seriously its time to really give him some.

Aw crap. There goes the best worker in the Women's division. That pretty well makes it fully official that the Women's division has been scrapped. And Lita still remains on the payroll.

At least in this case, it looks like she asked to be released.

The division right now is Trish (VERY safe), Victoria (iffy), Lita (probably safe) and Christy (I REALLY hope they can her once that contract expires).

I'd ask the WWE to go raid AJW and GAEA in Japan for women since they're both closing shop, but that would be asking for too much now, hm?

Oh well.

Spoiler:
Johnny Nitro, Joey Matthews and Melina Perez (collectively known as MNM) made their debut on Smackdown tonight. Finally some OVW products that MIGHT, just MIGHT be worth watching.

And in ROH. The same, although I suppose now he's a little older and a little wiser.

Damn it! Cena crapped all over the Championship too. I hope he loses his first defense and gets shipped down to Velocity so I do not have to look at another piece of "bling" or listen to his loud obnoxious mouth again.

Much as I'd like to see that happen too it just isn't. WWE execs are too high on this guy, thinking they have someone who will touch out "to the people". Yeah, maybe if you're an impressionable 12-year old kid who thinks the Chain Gang are some kind of Yakuza or something, but to the normal wrestling fan he's looks like a badly dressed guy who can't wrestle and whose rapping "skills", about his only decent quality, have deteriotated rapidly. I hope he gets more into acting as he did last year and move out completely, a la Rock but without the fanfare or success.

Cena's still fine on the mic. It's his in-ring that's the big problem, and once people realize that I don't think he's going to draw like they want him to. :\ Big mistake putting the title on him... if anything, they should have JBL win the tournament, then have him beat Cena - but only be a transition champ, dropping to someone like Eddie. Or you have Cena beat JBL and then drop to a heel Eddie.

Hm. That might actually make for a good storyline. One "People's Champ" versus another.

I'm going to the SD show in London tomorrow, I don't really want to go but my sister bought two tickets expecting one of her friends to go with her and he sort of...moved to Malta. but it would bad of me to leave her on her own so Im going too. I don't know what SD is like live but if its like the RAW show I saw last time they visited London it shouldn't be too bad.

It is hard to beat a live WWE show. It is generally much more interesting than when it is shown on television, probably due to the crowd experience. You will probably enjoy Smackdown live, even if the storylines are not as good and the wrestlers are the minor leagues.

Given that it's a rare European tour as well, the wrestlers will probably put in a bit more effort than they would for the usual American house show. So in the end it's a pretty good deal although they really do gouge the prices on the abroad tours.

I dont know any of the card, except for Luther Reigns vs. Mark Jindrak..... *is it really worth get pumped up for that*

Tell you all tomorrow if it was good or not, see ya.

And even THAT match got changed at the last minute from what I read. XD

Interesting main event to say the least. I thought they'd keep Angle out of singles matches on the tour.

Saw it yesterday, got back home at 1am and we didnt end up eating. The ExCel centre was packed with young kids and their mums and families, definitely not like the RAW event I attended. It showed that SD's target audience is for the kids though there was still a fair few adults anyway.

The queuing system was haphazard to say the least, getting to ExCel we saw lots of food places etc. but we played safe and decided to go in the arena early. The queue for this was organised and quick, but after that we were all inside a huge area where there were several confusing queues that didnt move or make sense, when the doors finally opened to enter the arena everyone thought "screw the queues!" and rushed in, which was stupid to say the least. The ExCel arena was also smaller than I was expecting, not quite Wembley's standard. But the visability wasn't bad at all.

I'll give match details later, I have to go now and fo some shopping *gahhh*

No, Angle's not injured but everyone knows he's not (and will never be) 100% with the neck and all. I would have thought that they'd put him in tags instead of 15-20 minute singles matches - then again, it was probably Angle's idea. :\
