I've got a question for all of you: I haven't watched Raw since a month, It seems I lost interest in it because of the some boring sotylines (and the OMG, FIRST TIME EVER SOMETHING). However, is it worth it to give it another shot?

I've been wondering what is up with that Simmon Dean guy that appears on RAW. What's up with that? When I first saw those commercials of his that made me confused seeing that it was like only one night of the week when I saw them and now he's on Raw doing commercials for his product?

DarkSlaya it is worth to give it another shot but some of the matchs haven't been that good lately. Except, for the storyline between Edge and Benoit now with the title situation. Even though, I think Triple H is going to get the title back sometime. So, it's kind of iffy.

...Because he's a new wrestler?

My guess on the title situation - either:

A) Benoit vs. Edge for the held-up title (doubtful), or...
B) Match is ruled a draw, draw goes to the champion.

Wasn't that time on Smackdown when this sort of thing happened ended up being a draw and the title went back to the champ, who I believe wasn't JBL at the time but I could be wrong. I wouldn't doubt if it happened to be a draw again.

The last draw I remember was that incredible Raw match between Michaels and TCH, when Michaels fell on top of Trips with his shoulders down. It was also a bunch of bull, since Trips was in no way covering HBK at all, so the fact that his shoulders were down meant nothing.

Lita vs. Trish tonight on RAW - SOLID GOLD. Made up for the 110 minutes of crap that preceeded it. Possibly the best singles match I've seen in the WWE Women's Division (although I've seen better overall, but you take what you get). The TOPE OF DEATH by Lita was absolutely sick - she landed in a way that people who've had neck surgery shouldn't land. Either it looked worse than it was or she toughed it out, but the match itself was good and putting it as the main event was the right move. Good finishing sequence too.

My friend Rob went to RAW tonight (since he's in Charlotte at the moment). I forgot to ask him if he got lei'd.

When you say crap, I hope you don't mean Shelton vs. Christian. Sure, the costume was really dumb, but you have to admit that was gold...in it's own special way.

In all seriousness though, Shelton + Christian = NOT Bad. Some good ring chemistry in there, yessir.

Lita vs. Trish tonight on RAW - SOLID GOLD.

It was pretty good. Got me to stop typing and actually watch the action. I feel the Trish / Victoria hardcore match was better though.

I've seen many great women's matches during the past few years, but as far as America goes... that's about as good as it can get.

Shelton/Christian was OK... although the whole costume gimmick kinda overshadowed the match. Plus it was pretty short too.

I thought RAW was pretty good last week.
But it will be interesting to see what the Bisch has in store for tommorow.

Also, thank god Triple H has lost that belt. I'm actually hoping that Edge eventually gets his chance to shine. Benoit has had his chance, time to let someone completely new get it.

Yup, Hunter's lost the belt... until he likely wins it back at the next RAW PPV.

(I don't like it any more than you guys, but it's gotta happen if they're doing HHH/Orton at WM.)

As far as Smackdown goes, it's down the crapper right now.

At one point they had a STRONG tag team division which RAW really lacked.
I mean Smackdown a few months back had London/Kidman, Dudleyz, Bashams, FBI (Stamboli/Nunzio), Too Cool (Scotty/Rikishi) and the APA (Bradshaw/Faarooq).

Stamboli, Rikishi and Faarooq get the axe plus Kidman breaking up with London equals a mangled yet another useless tag division. Bashams are hardly ever used, Dudleyz are riding Spike's coatails (Helping him defend his Crusierweight belt), Rene/Kenzo as tag champs!? ;; Rey Mysterio and RVD!? This is not tolerable. I'll admit those two teams did have some good matches but they are not SOLID strong tag teams.

JBL being Smackdown's WWE champ makes things worse because other superstars like Taker, Eddie have to make him look good and carry more of the weight. I'm sure that has been said many times though. X_X

Armageddon looks horrid.....But I'm sure Royal Rumble in January will make up for it. It's my all time favorite pay per view. With 30 man wars you can't go wrong.

Hm... I think wrestling in general is downhill. Ive said it before, but wrestling is in a cyclical recession that it always goes through; its big and popular and then it slowly winds down and the crap comes back. Simon Dean? Viscera? JBL? The huge amount of Divas being used? If they could wrestle, fine, but they CAN'T. I hate how talent like London and, in the past, Leonardo Spanky were/are being used poorly and I can't help but wonder how the ratings might go if WWE actually gave these guys some airtime. Everyone knows that a London match is gold- so why doesnt WWE hook onto the idea? Because they are idiotic. Remember people, when ideas like the katie Vick storyline come out where Kane apparantly raped a dead person, and we then had to witness the horror of Triple H simulating sex to a corpse (if you never witnessed it, you are one lucky person), you have to realise that there are a whole load of people sitting around a table actually agreeing to this. They actually think this is what we want to see.

Ive seen an advert for a TNA PPV with Jeff Hardy on the front. They're not much better, but guys, I'd rather watch a good TNA PPV than a bad WWE one any day of the week.

Never ever mention that Katie Vick/Kane story again. X_X;;

The Lita Preganancy Angle wasn't that much better either this year. But at Least Lita got "rewarded" somehow for that garbage by winning the Women's Title so all wasn't lost there.

Another thing that agitates me is that WWE also dropped Ultimo Dragon and he was a great superstar. ;;

I just have to once again point out that R.D. Reynolds and Blade Braxton of WrestleCrap fame now own the cheerleading outfit the Vick mannequin wore.

Well, I can't wait to see the clash between Orton and Edge tonight.
Also, I wonder how Bisch will address the vacated World Title too.

HHH vs. Benoit vs. Edge at the upcoming PPV. Or HHH vs. the winner of tonight's match if they go that route. That's where the smart money is.

Edit: Oops, forgot that it's Edge/Orton tonight... hm. They could do a 4-way but odds are Hunter's going into the Rumble as champ again.

I'll tell you one thing, if Trips does become champ again before Rumble......then I guess we know who's winning the 30 man war......Orton. It would ruin the element of surprise for the Royal Rumble. ;;

But at least you still get to watch all of them put on a hell of a battle still.

Furthermore, I'm sick of all the WWE PPV's ending the same way, and having the same victors each time. They just LOVE to back JBL and have him win each and every title defense with the Bashams/Jordan/Heidenreich/etc interfiering and giving him the upper hand. His title defenses, just when you thought it'd be the day he finally drops the title, all have the same result. Furthermore, back in the day, all these guys would be coming out of retirement (Hogan, anyone?)... next up is apparently Mick Foley.

Thus, JBL always claiming to be the "Greatest wrestler of all times". He's not THAT good. It's just the Board is always on his dick and award him with the same, rehashed victories in every PPV in which he's involved in.

Orton will win for sure *BUT* they've really dug the "#1/#2 has a shot at winning the Rumble" thing into the ground. Have Orton come in at around #15 or something and get a bunch of eliminations at the end if you want to push him.

There's an OUTSIDE chance that John Cena wins the Rumble but it's doubtful. They'll only do that if they have a really creative way of getting Orton/HHH into the main.
