That would be interesting to see someone do that. Except without the "killing someone dead" part though.

Because anything resembling a head drop in the WWE is banned the SECOND someone gets remotely injured from it.

So, true.

Also, what's the deal with Kidman? Is he just going to quit or is it apart of the storyline for him to act this way?

Pretty sure he is quiting, or thats what everyone else is saying. It seems logical, he has been in the wwe for a long time.

Started off unplanned (as far as I can tell) but they've made it a storyline. Best believe he REALLY isn't going anywhere.

'Specially if he wants his wife to stay employed and all...

Yeah, it's a storyline that started off with Kidman knocking the hell out of Chavo with a botched SSP (legit concussion).

Well it sure is a messed up storyline though. Kind of like the Kane/Lita storyline.

I kinda figured that after the SD they would somehow get more involved...

And Austin had a conversation with Bret Hart the other day, the talked about which had the worse career role: Austin in The Last Yard, or Bret in Aladdin. Just kiddin, they talked about who had the worst knee injury.

Started watching No Mercy.... *spoilers*

*End of spoiler gap*

Billy Kidman-Paul London was a great match, London's SSP was so high. The insane blood he spurted looked painful after Billy's SSP, and the second one was just insane. Im surprised the crowd was practically dead for the maatch, for crap like Booker-John they were big. What gives?

If there's one thing I'd like to say about the Taker/JBL match, it's this...

Too predictable. You knew someone other than Orlando/the Ministry was gonna interfier with the match, so it's not like it turned out unexpectedly. However, I do get the feeling that Heidenreich (?) won't ever get the chance to fire back at Taker any more since, starting this Thursday on SD, he's likely to get fired (unless Theodore "chickens out" at the fact that he may get pummeled for it; we'll just see). Even though T. Long didn't announce it last week, I did overhear them saying on Velocity that anyone interfiering with the Last Ride Match would be fired as well as the match between Show/Angle, even if it is a no disqualification match.

I'm sure Taker's just thrilled to *finally* be working with Heidenreich. He managed to avoid it long enough, at least.

I'm going to have to d/l London vs. Kidman because I heard it was real good... but as for the rest...

Yeah that match was pretty good except that Kidman went insane by giving Londona second SSP when the match was over with. The others were ok and the Last Ride match was just wrong. Especially, what Heidenreich did to Undertaker right after the match.

Er... you know it's fake, right?

Although I'll agree with you there - the prospect of Heidenreich vs. UT at Survivor Series is WRONG.

Watched the rest of No Mercy, and the UT-JBL match was kinda good. The heidenreich stuff was just plain wrong, as you guys say. I personally am getting rather sick of the stuff WWE is putting in front of us, and even the good ideas (and they are few and far between) are botched in about an hour. Taboo Tuesday could have been good- but they then gave you choices, not a free pick. I would have had Stevie Richards vs. Triple H, and Kane vs. RAW. Seriously, I think they should have been more liberal-like, put Triple H as one person, then let you pick anyone as the opponant. Something like that. But no, Triple H vs. one of THREE guys is mind-numbingly stupid, especially when one of them, Edge, absolutely no-one likes, and not because he is a heel- because he is boring and lacks the charisma he had in 2000. I think Christian should have had his TT spot.

Well, apparently, TPWW.net indicates otherwise...

According to them, they may continue on and reschedule UT vs JBL at SS, possibly due to Heidenreich's interfierence at No Mercy.

I personally don't care WHO defeats JBL and wins over his HW championship, just as long as it's made short and sweet, dammit!

Yeah only the storylines are fake but everything that happens in the ring isn't. Also, I agree with you, Seph about JBL and someone else winning the title from him.

...Um, everything that happens in the ring IS fake to a point. Matches are usually planned out with certain spots/etc.

Now, there will be the odd injury/cut/what have you in the ring due to a bad landing or a wayward punch, but in *most* cases, it's controlled.

(An apparent example of it not being controlled would be the Kensuke Sasaki vs. Yoshihiro Takayama match in NJPW a few months ago that put Takayama on the shelve with internal injuries.)

Apparently the voting at Taboo Tuesday is going to be done completely on the fly during the show itself. Oy. Now, Vince wouldn't *fix* a vote, would he?
