Either I'm getting too good at this, or Vince is getting too predictable. I correctly predicted every single match of SummerSlam.

Including predicting what was going to happen at the end of tonights RAW. It's about damn time, too.

The dodgeball ITSELF might have been a shoot, I don't know.

Put it this way - would YOU book your divas to lose to the wannabes that decisively? (And if Vince is booking dodgeball games now, then heaven help us.)

I liked the execution of the angle on RAW. If I wasn't looking at a clock, I'd figure that would be where the show ended - but I was watching the TSN replay and it was only 1:24 AM. And I didn't see them switching to Olympic coverage 5 minutes early.

I don't like the timing of it though - whatever happened to a slow build? Meh... If they're serious about Orton, he'll have the belt on him for a while. Just hope he's ready for that face turn.

At long last, Orton is out of Evolution. And anyone noticed that they finally are letting Batista wrestle in single matches?

At long last?

You know, the SMART money was on there being a gradual slow burn until HHH kicked Orton out... or the other way around.

There's no patience.

This is what I would of done.

Have the match finish like it did on Monday. Have them celebrate like the did. Thats all. The next week have Evolution talking and have one of them bring up the fact that they needed him. Have him become a little restless about that comment and ask Biscott to make him a match against some midcarder and have him win by evolution's help. Have Randy get upset at Evolution. Eventually it leads to Orton trying to do his own thing, but he loses a nontitle match against lets say Jericho and have Evolution be like "You're nothing with out us" thing. Build it up. Make the break special. If they do it right, they could make Orton a face before leaving Evoultion...

Nah, they can still recover from this...

But I don't know how a face Orton's going to get over. I certainly can't see him acting all buddy-buddy with the faces next week, but maybe he'll become a lone wolf.

I think he'll stay neutral for awhile, or at least during the time he'll have problems with Evolution.

Which could be a REALLLLLLY long time if the plan for WM is still Orton vs. HHH for the title...

Then again, knowing the WWE it'll be HHH (c) vs. Orton.

Well, at least someone's getting elevated.

Probably, thought I'm tired of seing HHH in the WrestleMania main events.

Again, probably. It's a good thing having Orton as the champ. If HHH is to get the title again, then they should wait alittle.

I don't see him going face just yet. After all, there are two legends he has left to kill: HHH & Flair.

And I have to admit: Originally, Orton sucked. I started watching wrestling again right before Orton came back, when he was doing his little RNN updates on his arm. He quickly got in with Hunter & Flair, but had no charisma and not much talent. That all changed when they brought Foley in to push him. That was Orton's turning point, and he just keeps getting better.

If they turn Jericho heel again (which it almost looks like they're doing), I think that Orton & Jericho might make a good tag team. They both have that arrogant, holier-than-thou attitude down pat.

And was anyone watching the signs? There were three good ones, I thought:

Hogan is dating my grandma!

Batista fears charisma!

And my favorite: HHH is my mom!

I rarely look at the signs. And anyone noticed someone going close to JBL's limousine at SummerSlam. THat was a fan that got post security and that could've screwed the match.

summerslam was great..the jbl taker thing was done well....

orton only lost to edge about a month ago, now he's championship material?
orton edge looks to be likely next wrestlemania....or maybe another 4 man battle royal....hhh edge orton and benoit.

other than the dodgeball summerslam did almost everything it should have...

thank god orton got a clean win this makes him a more realistic champion. when jericho was champ we watched 4 months of continous cheating even against the likes of rikishi...when a champ can't even beat rikishi fairly you don't want to watch him.

Tonight was definatly raw. Raw sewage. Excepting the Orton-HHH thing, the entire night was just a bunch of crap.

Since Vince makes such craptastic weddings on his shows, it makes me wonder how his real wedding to Linda went... wait... no it doesn't. I don't want to know.

Oh well. At least while Vince is alive, midgets will never want for work. Vince probably has a midget fetish.

Dunno about a bunch of crap... Rock made me laugh as usual, the HHH/Orton thing was well done... and then we had the wedding.

If the WWE was *seriously* trying to make it cheesy, then it was brilliant. (Bischoff reading from the Bible has to be an inside joke. )

You're right. The part with Teh Rokc was funny, as always. Too bad those bimbos were there. Something tells me that this whole Diva Search thing is rigged, and that it's already been decided who will win. I don't think our votes mean anything.

But the wedding... I wanted to vomit. It was pure, absolute crap. As a matter of fact, I think it was so horrible that RD shouldn't induct it. It doesn't deserve that honor.
