Big Show is generally regarded as one of the nicest guys on the WWE Roster. Pity my friends and I make fun of him all the time (LOL BIG SLOW)....

So what's up with Eugene now?

Apparently, him or Regal will face HHH at Summerslam.

Likely Eugene, although Regal/HHH would be tremendous.

Of course, THAT WOULD MEAN...

Spoiler:
...that Benoit will retain against HHH on RAW, in all likelihood. In that case, HHH faces Eugene or Regal, and Benoit will face... Randy Orton.

They really don't have any time to build it though.

Although it would explain why Edge is the IC Champ.

Your right, there isn't enough time to build it...

I would rather see Jericho/Beniot. Whatever though... I can win them all... but if they give him the title... I'll be pissed. Its WAY too soon...

Like they have any time to build *THAT* either?

It'll be quite interesting, me thinks.

They don't have anyone that actually have a storyline that have something to do with Benoit 'cept HHH.

Spoiler:
I heard that Randy may win the championship, causing the end of Evolution. One way or an other, it's probably the end of evolution at SummerSlam[/spolier]

Spoiler:
Not at Summerslam itself... I'm guessing there'd be a slow build with HHH suggesting that Randy face him for the belt and Randy deciding to go with other opponents instead.

Umm... The Ring Annoucer can be replaced easily, he meant little.
Except for the fact that they let that little fucktard Josh be the Ring Announcer. If ANYONE should have been fired, it was him. I have YET to see ANY talent outta him.

Elric: He actually knows the history of various wrestlers and will mention it whereas others won't. That's enough for me, even excluding the whole "Press right trigger on your Gamecube" call.

And WWE finally found the one way to make anyone give a shit about the Diva Challenge: Their task this week was to verbally seduce a former WWE wrestler for 20 seconds. And who was that wrestler?

Spoiler:
Kamala.

I think it's safe to say he was the MVP of that segment and HOLY CRAP BENOIT JUST TOOK A NASTY BUMP. HHH is outside of the ring, and Benoit hits a suicide dive through the ropes on him... AND the barricade. He didn't just hit it, he hit the top of it with a sickening WHUMP. Sick.

I look forward to tonight's action with great interest. And without even reading the spoilers.

I'm assuming based on the post time that they did the Iron Man last... I had heard rumors they'd kick off with it. *shrug*

Yeah, they did say it would lead the show off, but they kept pushing it back. It finally started... at 10:05. ;P

The ending surprised me. Especially after the winner of the opening Battle Royal...

And back to SD for a second...

They wonder why the ratings are dropping. Lesee:

* Very few big name draws. HHH would have made the ratings EXPLODE through the roof.

* GM Switching. Everyone watching Raw hates Eric, and wants to see him get the axe. Yet, he doesn't. Why? Because we love to hate him, and love to tune in every week, hoping to see him get fired, but knowing he won't. SD? They're on their 4TH GM in what? A year? First Nipple H, then Paul Heyman, then Kurt Angle, and now... well, we don't know. They need to pick someone, and stick with them. And yes, it should probably be a heel GM.

* Too much yak. Raw has this problem too. Waaaay too much talking/drama, not enough action/matches. C'mon! We want more the 4 matches in 2 hours!

* Not enough Storylines. Yes, this does seem to contradict the previous point. Still... Right now, Raw has HHH-Benoit, Orton-Edge, Kane-Matt(-Lita), Eugene-RAW, and Jericho-Batista/Kane/Tomko. What does SD have? Eddie-JBL, Angle-Eddie/Cena, and Dudleyz-Spike. That's about it. Rene Dupree & Booker T drift in & out of the Cena story. They might be starting a Dudleys-London/Kidman story.

That's all that sticks out in my memory right now. Of course, these are all just my opinions. Feel free to disagree with them all you like.

Elric: Actually it's a Cena vs. Dupree/Booker/Suzuki/Reigns/Angle story. Take out Angle now but it remains the same.

Somehow I'm guessing Cena vs... *picks* Suzuki at Summerslam.

...And do you REALLY want a heel GM? I'm sick and tired of them.

As for tonight...

Spoiler:
Very good RAW. Funny how there's only 2 matches and most of the show's full of wrestling. The Kamala thing WAS funny but the whole Diva concept is death. I await the whipped cream contest with bated breath.

Like I said, the report was Orton vs. Benoit for the title and I was right. The Battle Royal was eh until the end, but they did a good job with Orton. Now they have to follow up on that with *2* RAW's left.

As for the main event... Very good. Not excellent or a match of the year candidate, but I didn't do any channel surfing during it. That's a good sign. Slow-paced for sure but at least everything had meaning to it and there was some good psychology. Ending was overbooked to HELL but you knew that would happen.

Colleen: Well, there's still one good option for a heel GM, and he's rumored to be the next one. He'll provide fresh opportunities for feuds and bias that makes sense.

Spoiler:
Yeah, Theodore Long. Belee dat.

As for tonight, not unlike Alex Shelley, Raw was the bomb diggity y0.
* Only two matches, but DAMN were they good.
* As soon as one of them turns, can we PLEASE get a Batista/Kane feud going? Or have battle royals on a regular basis so we can see them go at it.
* Edge/Jericho as a dyad to counter Evolution worked nicely for me. And Tajiri knocks out Tha Rez singlehandedly? (thumbs up)
* I think we'll see ratings for the Iron Man match getting roughly five bullet points. Did EXACTLY what a match should do: suck the viewer in, make us care, and impress us wrestling-wise.

Actually, I could see said GM as maybe being a wild card... you know, being in business for him/herself.

The sad thing is that Tajiri eliminating the Frenchies wasn't considered noteworthy. And the match BETTER draw a good rating or else...

Raw was good.

Very good in fact. The battle royal at the beginning was good. I enjoyed it. I wasn't expecting it to last as long as it did. I'm not ready for Orton to main event summerslam (Well... I rather see that the mainevent than JBL/taker). The Iron Man Match was awsome. I'm not a fan of insane bumps or anything. I like two people wrestling and this is what it was. I don't understand why the WWE feels they need about a Pin every 10 minutes.

HBK and Triple H can go 50 minutes in HIAC with out getting pinned but Triple H can't go 10 minutes with out being pinned in a straight up wrestling match? Pu-leeze.

Oh well. I watched all of Raw besides the diva segments.

And I agree with Elric. Smackdown does miss out of alot in storylines. Angle and Cena are in the main storylines. Everyone is fueding with Cena. Only ones arn't is JBL and Taker. I saw the SD makes a fraction, it needs one. Since everyone is (or was) going after Cena sometime in the last 3 weeks, theres enough right there to throw a bunch of guys together. The constant GM switching for Smackdown kills it. Stephanie wasn't to bad until Vince got involved, Haymen was doing good also but they had to do the whole "I got traded to Raw... THough I'm managing no bodies on smackdown" storyline. Angle just sucked since Angle is best in the ring and hes alot better when hes funny. A serious non wrestling Kurt is trash.

BEST.FUCKING.RAW.EVER! Or at lest for this year. 2 matches, but of great quality.
The battle Royal was good but I could predict who where gonna be the last 3 man (I got it right). The Iron Man match was also good. But In an important even like this Raw, they should'nt have talked of the 'Raw Diva Contest'.

Yeah, but there wasn't much time between the final 3 and final 2. Like 5 seconds at most.

I figure they should call it the "RAW $250,000 + Free Implants Diva Search".
