They're still playing the 7th game, or they didn't finish it. They each won 3.

Teddylot: If you take a look to your right, you'll noticed two words, both being the same. This word his known as "played"! As you can deduct, its infinitive is "to play" and it is currently in the "past tense". Therefore, you can, once again, deduct that all seven games have passed.

Announcer: Basically . . . try again.

Question 44:

While working out with weights, Ari Gant had his personal trainer put a 25 pound weight on each end of the bar, a 10 pound weight on each end, and then three two pound weights on each end. Ari then took over and lifted the bar above his head. How much did Ari lift all together?

Note: The FIVE point bonus is still free for all. See page 8 (This is on the default, 20 posts/page.) If no one has answered it by page 10, it'll be gone . . . forever . . . because I'll give out the answer . . . Booga!

Note2: There are another 4 Bonus Points available. See page 9 (Default 20 posts/page).

25 x 2 = 50
10 x 2 = 20
6 x 2 = 12

Add em all up, and you get 82 lbs

How much does the bar weigh

Can I guess 122 lbs if the bar weighed 40 lbs?

Announcer: Well, since the answer we were looking for was 82 lbs. plus the bar, then I guess we could give it to you.

Teddylot: Oh, and now for a little insight to my mind. The answer to the FIVE point bonus question is . . . wait a minute, I'm getting something from the show's producer through my ear thingy . . . Hmm . . . Okies! Well, in the show's best interest I will give everybody a chance to poke a few last guesses at the FIVE point bonus question. If nobody gets the answer by the time I post tommorow, then I'll give away the answer.

Question 45:

The 22nd and 24th presidents of the United States has the same mother and the same father, but were not brothers. How could this be possible?

Announcer: Okay, when answering this question, DO NOT go looking for the answer using search engines.

Teddylot: Or whatnot.

Announcer: It's not playing fair.

Note: You have until tommorow when I post to answer the FIVE point bonus. See page 8 for details. (Default page settings)

Teddylot: Booga!

Note2: There are another 4 Bonus Points available. See page 9 (Default 20 posts/page). You have until Friday at 6:00 p.m. to figure them out.

If I remember correctly, the bar is usually 45 lbs. So that would make it 127 pounds, though I suspect there's a more devious answer here...

Edit: Ack, too late. But the answer to this one is simple. The 22nd and 24th Presidents were the same person: Grover Cleveland.

Depends on which kind of coin is heavier...

The coin that is heavier gets less coins per "bin, and is therefore worth less....

Whatever coin is lighter... thats the one that gets more... At least I think...

Archduke Francis Ferdinand of Austria was shot on June 28, 1914. When the attendants rushed over to him, they could not get him out of his uniform. Consequently, he bled to death. The problem they had encountered was that they could not unbutton or unzip his uniform. Why?

Are those bonus points attatched to the Merchant of Venice reference? I think it was NSNick who already illustarted that that was the piece you were talking about, but I don't think anyone went into any further detail. If it's still worth anything, I'm almost certain this is a reference to the part where Portia says to Shylock that bloodshed would cost him everything he owned so his wrath should take a pound of flesh, but no more or less. I think he would lose everything he owned, and it would become public Venitian property?

Something like that, anyway.

Teddylot: . . . Holy Bonus Points! *looks at the announcer* Felix just got the bonus right! . . . Nutty!

Announcer: Well, I guess your mind wasn't as intricate as you boasted, Teddylot. Oh, and I'll be giving the mainstream point to Kirby ATW, since he gave the answer I was looking for.

Teddylot: Oh, but Apple did point out that the Archduke was sewn into his uniform, so he will not be visiting the dreaded Screen of Shame. Instead, he will reinstate the Screen of Valiant Effort. Good job!

Question 48:

The Isle of Begile is a place where the natives always lie, and the visitors always tell the truth. Shadow is interviewing prospective candidates for police work, the requirements being that the person must be a truth teller. While interviewing a young man for the job, the applicant suddenly volunteers that the woman in line behind him had confided that she is a native. Is the young man in the interview qualified for the job? Explain.

Teddylot: Hmm, good thing I'm a visitor.
