| That's why I only drink diet. It has zero calories, and I actually prefer its taste to that of regular pop. (Oddly enough, I used to think diet was watered down and nasty, but I switched years ago because I wanted to lose weight and was having trouble breaking my habit of downing 3 cans of regular Coke a day, and once I got used to it, I thought regular pop tasted too sweet and syrupy.) By the way, the aspartame scare crap that you might come across every now and then is just that - crap. Unless you have PKU, an extremely rare congenital metabolic disorder (and believe me - you'd know if you did), aspartame is safe for you to consume. Read this article from the FDA for more information. Oh, and I agree with Jilkon's remarks on bottled water. If you live in the United States, your tap water is safe, and if it tastes weird, you can buy your own filters for it. (Hell, many bottled waters actually are filtered water from a municipal source!) |

| We catch our water for showering, washing and tolietries. This saves us alot of money as it rain's alot here. So with the money we save we usually buy bottled water. Sprite Remix does taste a bit like skittles  , and it's quiet nice |

| As someone who just got two small cavities drilled today, I definitely believe soda's bad for your teeth, at least. I've already decided to cut back on Mountain Dew, mainly for that reason. Never did like the taste of diet sodas, I can't even stand regular Dr. Pepper. So, not going to bother with those. Just have to learn to drink the other stuff that's out there. |

| Dr. Pepper is good. I tried that a loooong time ago, well 7th grade. It's just like Mr. Pibb. A lot of sodas taste the same . Seirra Mist and Sprite. Coke and Pepsi taste similar but not exactly the same. They both kind of remind me of R/C Cola or something which is just a generic type of soda . |

| Its called Berry Remix or something like that. I find it delicious! In regards to EvillerLegion, your absolutly correct too much or too little of ANYTHING will give you cancer....im starting to think breathing too much is gonna end up givin me cancer. Ive never had cavity in my whole life, hurray! and I had braces for like 5 years and I brush my teeth 3 times a day....thats right I got movie star teeth!  Thats another reason I stopped drinking soda, my teeth are way too valuable to have rotted away. |

| There simply is no denying the knd of surprise Mountain Dew leaves for your teeth and all... But is surprisingly light. Sometimes even 2 cans of MD a day isn't enough to get me through if I'm REALLY thirsty. However, one can of Pepsi should be enough to fill me up. I used to drink nothing BUT Mountain Dew as my soda preference when I had braces (they said I should stray away from Colas until I get them removed, and that was last year, so I'm free of having a metal mouth now!), but now that they're off I should go back to Colas (Coke or Pepsi preferably). As far as bone muscle, I haven't really noticed a difference yet, although I can't help but stare at how skinny my wrists are at times. My actual muscle is... okay (for my age). Something closest buds wouldn't hesitate to "patronize", but it could be better. And that is my little rant on soda for the hour. |

| personally i drink diest coke with lemon, or pepsi twist. depends which is available, i do however drink alot of water to turn my pee clear, this is a sign of good health as it shows that there is very little urea in your pee. | |||
