how do i make the background of a table slightly transparent to the background image but still have a tint of a color over it like in most peoples layouts using css. yeah its a run on sentice but i'm lazy |

Thats just a normal image in the background with a portion of it darkened. If you right click my post and hit "View Background Image" you will see that |
