| Hey man, thanks. I'll look those over and let you guys know if I have any questions. Edit: For the record, that website met all my needs. I'm now at least decently schooled in the use of regular expressions. It will take me a while of couse before I become proficient, but now I'm on on the right road. Thanks again. | If you ever use Python, Python's actual site has tutorials on how to use them that are pretty decent. I think all you need to use them in those scripts http://www.python.org/doc/1.5.2p2/lib/module-regex.html Just another reference if you end up needing one. Watch out though, regex (shorthand for regular expressions) tend to have different standards depending on who developed them. I think Microsoft has some unusual ones in its Microsoft office regex scheme. |
