I recently got this problem that makes my computer restart about maybe 10 minutes after i turn it off the normal way.(Trough windows) The only way i can turn it of now is restarting it and then hitting the power button juist as the bios are loaded(i think)... What should i do? | |||

It turns itself back on? Sounds like a faulty power supply or switch. Also, check your BIOS and make sure no auto-start options are on. | |||

I can almost guarantee it's the power supply. When mine went bad, it took almost a dozen tries to get the thing to boot, and it would turn itself back on right after shutting down. Weird things, those ATX supplies... | |||

It's the power supply, there's a loose connection/component somewhere. |
