Um, only me and Kawa posses this knowledge? Do we plan to share it? The general public could not handle such knowledge, most Pokemon hacks suck as is and I can't even imagine the unfathomable amounts of threads that come up asking why their hack crashed from fucking up the music. Just edit emerald, it has the music from every game in it.

Jason, there's nothing wrong with wanting a scripter to help you. That's how real games are created: in teams.

Crossing the line is when you ask someone to make a hack for you.

Tony, I tried to explain the basics of ripping a song's tracks, making the jumps relative and putting them in another game. He was too braindead to understand.

And you do realise that some may interpret that last line as "it has the music from every game in it?"

By the way Novo, you were right. That was the proper byte.

Thanks Kawa....

Also, does anyone know how to find the staring positions of the boy and girl in Emerald?

And how do I find the offset for the town map and the gym badges, since I get the one in VBA, but whenever i go to the offset it gives me, in Tilemolester, It just goes to the end of the rom and shows some other offset. The Hex mode is on as well as the absolute mode - for the search, that is.

Er. VBA is just going to show where it's located in tile memory. Not the actual rom

Look there isn't an program with a sweet GUI thats gonna do all the hard work for you all the time. Sometimes you have no choice to just program yourself .
