GP2X is packed full of pure awesome, too...

That's a game system though isn't it? If I want to play MP3s on a game system, I'll buy one of those players for my DS.

Do those DS players work well? I stopped trusting non-Nintendo made accessories a long time ago.

I haven't heard any major complaints. There is even a Nintendo one, but of course it's illegal to release something that awesome outside of Japan.

To get back on topic

Apple Computer will hold a special event in San Jose next week, the second such event in just over four weeks. The invitation sent out on Tuesday by Apple shows closed theater curtains with the words “One more thing… written on top. Those familiar with Apple CEO Steve Jobs’ keynote speeches will instantly recognize the use of Jobs’ “One more thing catchphrase, which is often used to indicate a blockbuster announcement. There was no indication on what would be announced at the event.

Rumors are that it will be an iPod Video. We'll see.

lol, yes, I've heard of the iPod Video.... there's been "leaked' photos of one, which I find hilarious -- in the photo, it's quite obviously booting Windows CE. In fact, it looks like a doctored photo of a Toshiba PDA.

As with every Apple rumor, I only believe it when I see it on the Apple website.

I hope its not a Video iPod.
Jeez, they just made the Nano, which is perfectly capable of doing videos if Apple put in the effort.
