| hmmm... dont know when it will come back up, but just in case, I will add the TRO client and patcher to my website for their users to download. Oh, here's the link: http://www.recoverydesign/bluedragon I'll add it to the downloads section tomorrow afternoon. Its currently uploading. Hope this helps someone out there. |

| Look at our main page. The server is just in beta testing, and as I have work, a wife, and kids, I haven't been able to take the hour or two it takes to make a client. Oh, and you don't OWN any part of a game... especially when it come as close as it does to being borders being "illegal." And thank you for the info on the site, I was only trying to be helpful. |

| We do "own" - the tRO exclusive graphics, BGMs, maps, whatever - the tRO exclusive hacks to the client Without them, your BDRO would be no different than any other medium rates server out there. |

| A. All rights to modded software are void unless you have the written consent of said software's company. B. All rights to use graphics, maps, and BGM are void unless you have written consent of the artist/designer/composer. C. Software which serves an illegal purpose has no legal recourse to be copyrighted. I'm sure some of the private graphics are legit, but I pretty sure you didn't write/record/produce the music you have included in the client? Did you get written consent to use it in a game? Its digital information pal. If you can't copyright it, you dont own it, if you dont own it, I cant steal it. Oh, and btw: I'm not even trying to take away any of your credit... hell, Im not even trying to get players to use the client... if it is more convenient to them, they can do whatever they please. |
