Someone by the name of Xdaniel found this code for OoT V1.0:
801C6F64 0001 - Activate CPU usage display
Much like the Mario 64 and Mario Kart 64 versions, this displays various info like CPU usage, polygon count, etc, but with much more detail. Here's a breakdown by Z_E_L_D_A:

Part 1: Performance Statistics
BLUE/GREEN/RED/VIOLET: Color test strip
RED: ?
YELLOW: Stack Size?
BLUE: Frame Buffer Usage
PEACH: ?
GREEN: ?
VIOLET: Possibly the model animation rate (FPS counter?)

Part 2: Sound/Video/Input Subsystem Statistics
WHITE: Total Polygons Loaded in Memory
PEACH: ?
GREEN: Link visibility level?
VIOLET: Sprite Counter
YELLOW: Particle counter
RED: ?

An alternate version, 8011BA02 0001, shows the bars but then crashes the game.

I've taken this code and ported it to V1.2, as well as made more cool codes:

V1.0
811C6FA0 ???? - Change the game's execution speed. Default is 0003. 0002 is faster, 0001 is even faster, 0000 crashes it. Values above 3 have odd effects, mostly skipping frames. 0x10 skips frames and restricts Link to a very small area. 0x100 is normal execution speed, but Link goes berzerk! (Fun to watch in first-person view. ) Also note the effects this has on that pink bar at the top... Changing it to 2 makes the bar read half its original value, and 1 makes it read 1/4. 4 makes it read negative. This bar might indicate something like frame delay.

811C6F8C ???? - Master audio thread control (16-bit signed). Possible values are:
8000 to 0000: Play audio (since this is signed, 8000 to FFFF are below 0)
0001: Stop audio processing (the game will just repeat the last sample)
0002 to 7FFF: Stop audio thread (no sound, and the game runs REALLY fast)
You can make a GS code out of this, to have a 'fast forward' button, like so:
D01C84B4 0002
811C6F8C 0002
D01C84B4 0001
811C6F8C 0000
Press Dpad Left to disable audio, Right to enable. (PJ64 users, disable Limit FPS, and enable Sync Game To Audio. You'll see the difference pretty quick. )

V1.2
801C7824 0001 - Enable CPU usage display
8011C0B2 0001 - Alternate version (crashes)
811C7860 ???? - Change execution speed
811C784C ???? - Audio thread control
All work the same as V1.0. I haven't ported them to other versions because I don't have them. More info can be found here (and if you're into beta stuff, read the whole thread; it's been active for over 2 years and is chock full of cool beta shots).
