I, Zibl, have been working on a Dragonballz MMORPG using the BYOND Dream Maker hub, and it is now nearing completion. This version includes a complete overhaul of the Beta testing version of this game hat I hosted not long ago (which I didn't host here) including new objects, turfs, mobs, and maps! The games core function was my hardest challenge, one on which I needed a bit of help from a friend . Here is the games completion percentages as of now:

Core Function - 100%
Base Coding - 100%
Game Enforcers/GMs - 100%
Dragonball Functionality - 100%
Techniques Functionality & Graphics - 100%
Transformation Graphics & Coding - 90% (SSJ4 has yet to be made and coded into the game. I'm working on it, but I'm in no rush considering nobody should hit SSJ4 for quite a while)
Turf Development - 95% (Everything but some minor turfs are done, example being Kami's Lookout floor turf)
Object/Icon Graphics - 100%
Other World/Snake Way Mapping - 65% (This won't take long to complete. The only reason it isn't done yet is because it isn't a top priority)
King Kais Planet Mapping - 100%
Kami's Lookout - 68% (Again, this will take no time as soon as I complete the flooring turf for the Lookout)
Earth Mapping - 85% (The mapping is all but complete. The objects however aren't all in place as of now)

That is basicly it. If I had to give an overall percentage, I'd say I'm 90% done with the entire game. But enough of all the boring stuff. Here are a few screenshots I've compiled, along with a breif description on each one:

(The last picture has no description, my fault. It is a picture of all the Techniques in the game. The other tabs are self-explanitory except the GM tab which nobody will have except me LoL)

That's all for now. Hopefully you have read and enjoyed my post, especially the pictures. My only worry is that I don't know how to host the dern thing (so you all can connect to the same game), but hopefully I'll figure that out soon after I complete it. All replies and CC are welcome!

Bye for now ~ Zibl

Thanks very much. I just hope people join in the game and play it. The thing about this game, is that it isn't a huge adventure game like some may think. You basicly just train and train, getting as powerful as possible. The other half of the game is based on pointless killing .

The thing that might be a bit difficult, is getting allt he Dragonballs. Finding them all might not be the problem, but lets say you have all but 1 of them. Wheres the other? Uh-oh... the level 500 super sayian has it and there's basicly no way you have a chance to kill him for it considering you're level 300 . See what I mean?

I think it'll work out good though. When I beta tested it about a month or so ago, it was almost a completly different game (he look and feel of it). But by simply changing a lot of the graphics and some minor coding, I've revamped most of the gameplay. This game was close to not even having Dragonballs in it, because the coding for the dragonballs was a bit tricky (for me anyways ^^;;.

I'm amazed actually of the things hat have changed throughout development. In early planning stages, I was only planning about 5 to 10 different techniques, and making Super Sayian the only transformation (if you were a sayian of course). But I got luckly with a bunch of help and especially some Icon ceaters.

Enough of my babble though. Thanks for replying!

Well, its like I said, at one time I was hosting a Beta version of this game. I hosted it about a week, but it was solely for testing purposes and any bugs people may find.

That was a month ago. I took the Beta version I hosted, and became mass working on it again. What I'm trying to say is I never had a Beta version, and the real version... it was all the same game. Does that make any sense?

But long story short is no, I don't have a version you can play until the entire game is finished and Version 1.0 is released. Besides, somebody hosted it for me because I dont know how to host games, so even if I did have a version for you guys to try I couldnt host it .

Since this post, I have cut coding time down drastically... meaning I work on this game about 1/4 of the time I was putting in.

In the middle of development, I was known for coding 2 to 3 hours a day. Might not sound like much, but it gets very confusing/frustrating when working with all that coding for long periods at a time. More often than not I would burn myself out on a single day, and then just not work on it at all the next day. This is one of the reason's it took me about 2 months to make this game .

But to answer your question, I'm not sure. I'm coding about 30 minutes a day now, and at this rate I'm probably looking at 2 weeks if I code a bit more on the weekends.

Keep in mind I have a busy schedual. School, Football practice, dinner/homework, and I don't have much time to spend on the computer. To add to that, the long hours I put in doing other stuff, I usually don't have a desire to even get on the computer (much less do a bunch of coding).

All I can ask is that you be patient and not to give up on me. The game will come in due time, but I can't rush it.

Ok, keep up the good work though. Don't try to rush yourself to much your heart might explode, just kidding later.
