Oh, and, uh...

It rains all the time in Oregon.

Hell, it doesn't even rain MOST of the time. (And it almost never snows.)

You probably never even been to Texas. It's not the truth Milton, that's why I posted it... I don't wear a cowboy hat and neither does the 1 million other people I see everyday. Go pet your red stapler and stutter in a dark corner or something.

Not ANYMORE. I'm sure Texas was quite the place to be if you were a cowboy way back when.. same with California (I think.. ) but now it's not that way.

Going along with the Berkeley, CA -- Anyone who goes to the University of California, Berkeley will become a protester

False -- in my 2.5 years at the campus, I've only seen about 100 students at most do some type of protest in that time span. The remainder of the over 25,000 students do more traditional college things like procrastinating, partying, and of course, studying

  • Gas prices aren't way different, we just measure them different. Yes, we use Metric. A lot of people still talk in terms of inches and miles though. (Damn Americans, convert already!)

    Minnesota:
    • It's not freaking cold up here during the summer time. We get our share of 80-90's with the 60-70 degree humidity, kthxbye.
    • Apparently we have accents....someday I'd like to hear this supposed accent. (This may be more true if you go south towards the Cities*.)
    • "There's nothing there." Wrong state, go south until you hit Iowa, or southwest until you hit South Dakota. Actually, many businesses started in Minnesota, 3M, Greyhound, Best Buy, to name a few.
