| Have fun with that attempt, Clock. I've noticed that gamepads quite simply are not good for Tetris Attack... or, at least, the one I have. They're great for platformers, action games, RPGs, but not TA. But we'll see. Maybe yours will be better for TA than mine is. And maybe you'll lose just as badly tomorrow. We'll find out then, won't we?  |

| I never used to play with a keyboard long (after I got my first SNES emulator, I quickly bought my first gamepad), but as for pads - with "hard" button-type pads I play better than uber-sensitive ones. I think pads only might slight differences - with a fresh one I maybe chain further by one or two (which still is pretty low with my x6s, some x7s and few x8s - rarely higher), but major differences I didn't notice - except for stability. |

| I'd happen to agree that pad gaming sucks on ZSNES. I can't say that I'm worse on a pad than on keyboard, far from it; I own ass on PPL when I'm downstate on the N64, however ZSNES just doesn't really feel right playing it with a controller for some reason. And yea, it was a 6-0 wipe. The only real challenges were wearing him down in level 1. Most times in level 5 it was a matter of killing him in under a minute, though I think one or two times he was over one but less than two. Didn't help that I was sleepy...oh well. Still, my point stands until you take me down, but even then I'd probably get the excuse of 'oh this pad sucks' or something, so I'll take it into my own until you fall me like I just did to you.  If you can do that, I'll yield. |
